Matthew Shepard acted stupidly and helped bring on his death; so did this Catholic woman. Matthew Shepard was a homosexual in a bar trying to pick up two non-homosexual men. He was engaged in objectively disordered, self destructive and objectively sinful behavior.
As a result of this self-destructive lifestyle, unfortunately, Shepard paid the ultimate price
On the other hand, this woman, out of genuine concern for his physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, was simply trying give advice to a young man engaged in objectively disordered, self destructive and objectively sinful behavior.
As a result of her selfless, Christian, charitable behavior, this woman tragically has been killed.
And you are so debased as to compare the two deaths.
You are a sick individual.

Are you certain about this? Do you know the woman? In my experiences I have found that religious zealots use religion for anything but the purpose of religion. They have their own personal agenda and hide behind religion/the children/race/ etc to accomplish it. Just look at history and the twisted people who have used religion to kill, steal and destroy. Good example, rather than preaching, goes a long way in gaining converts.
