It is very light, easy reading. It is a coffee table format photographic essay on the assassination with almost all the relevant photos, plus photos of interest (eg in the hours immediately before and after, the "forged" LHO in backard with rifle photos, etc). Anyone making an argument one way or another about the assassination would I imagine want to use it as a reference.
