It would simply help matters if all our home grown morons took their own angst and moved to Canada. Al Gore has political aspirations? He can pack his bags and apply for Canadian citizenship and run as the Liberal candidate for Prime Minister. He'd win in a landslide and get to do what's been eluding him all his life - running a country. Oh Canada!

Since all the morons you are referring to prefer a totalitarian state, having the northern part of canada as one of our states solves that problem. All the radical environmentalists, all the communists, leftists, socialists, abortionists, democrats, and any group not willing to live up to their oath of allegiance or agreeing with the Constitution of the United States of America, will be priveledged to live in the state of utopiatotalia formerly the Northwest Territories.

They can run it the way they want to with the exception of fishing, mining, hunting, logging, animal control, travel, air quality, environmental protection and forestry. It would be the non representative state in the Republic. They would send no one to Washington, since they in reality do not care what goes on in Washington. After all the people in Washington will be busy protecting the Constitution.

PS, the state of california would immediately become habitable again, following the implementaion of this program.
