I'm sorry to say that I don't think a Muslim can be trusted in a sensitive position. If they have to choose between what the consider to be their religious duty and their country, they will choose their religious duty. And when it comes to Islam, religious duty can be a very warped business, as #3 sets forth.

An FBI spokesman said the discrimination complaint is still pending and involves significant amounts of classified material. Beyond that, the bureau declined to comment. Pending? SINCE 2000? This is insanity.
There is one easy to way to end the insanity...fire this Muslim traitor for insubordination, and then bring him up on Federal charges.
This would be akin to Jonathan Pollard suing the U.S. Gov't for "disrcimination" because "Jews must spy for other Jews".
Oaths to you nation trump any religious affiliation. Period. If you can't abide by that, don't take the oath. If you do take the oath and betray it you must suffer the consequences.

In his internal complaint, Mr. Abdel-Hafiz claimed his reputation had been tarnished and his career undermined by agents who questioned his loyalty to the U.S.Nobody is questioning his loyalty to the U.S. ....it's obvious he has none. How many other aspects of his job violate his religious beliefs?
