Nice...this kid suffered serious injuries and the mother is worried about herself....

A lot of these kids are only anchor babies anyway, they're purpose is to get their parents the right to be in the US and make border crossing easier. Maybe she didn't need the kid anymore.

Also a small kid in the car is good for when the cops stop you. You pinch the kid so it crys and tell the cop your baby is sick. The cop lets you off with a warning, it works.
