The author of this article is out to lunch!!!! He says we Menace other people with SUV's? Gee, we were out today in our 4-runner and don't recall menacing anyone during our trip. But...how about the car that turned in front of us so he could get on the road quicker? I would call that menacing.

Oh let's see, I was out alone yesterday doing my shopping in my Explorer...now let me think...did I menace someone? Anyone? Nope, don't think so! But how about the guy racing up behind me in a sedan and all ticked off cause he had to wait for me to make my turn (oncoming cars ya know) and so when I turn he toots his horn and ackts like a jackass?

Continuing on...we also have a big Dodge Truck...well, it's not an SUV but it is big and could be a menacing vehicle but...it's not. Only DRIVERS are menacing and they can be that in one of those little volkswagon bugs...OR they can be menacing on a bike or skateboard or skis or snowboards.

Ever stand accidently in front of a swing when you were a kid and got hit with the swiing? Hurts huh? Darn right. Should swings be classified as menacing? This guy needs to Get a grip ... we love our SUV's and from the looks of the sales there's a whole lotta people lovin' them so to the author of this article I say quit your whining and back off!

I personally do not find SUV's menacing at all. They simply look...utilitarian.

THIS is MENACING...

Trust me, Libs hate it. ESPECIALLY when they see my Naval Aircrewman's Wings and my Air Warfare wings on the back windshield. The "non-stock" exhaust helps, too.
