The best run team in sports in my opinion are the Spurs. They stay competative, keep the players noses clean and have an oustanding relationship with the community. We get on them for not being tuff enough sometimes (Lakers own them) but thats minor. David Robison is a liberal but a devout cristian. He set the example of how you are to carry yourself on and off the court. The spurs know that anything less than that from the players will not be tolerated.

Just kidding... I know that Rodman was an exception and he didn't last. I know that there is no way the Spurs would tolerate the behavior of the players on Allen's Blazers. Neither would the Uath Jazz. Hell, I don't even think the Knicks would put up with that nosense.
