LOL...as an architect, I will haveta charge you on an hourly basis fer this advice...just build it and apologize fer any laws broken after yer done. Most City Planning Departments are stuffed to the hilt with folks who don't have a clue anyway, so I reckon you'll not even haveta apologize...LOL!!

I got the MUD from a nearby river and there appears to be some sparkling golden nuggets mixed in. Hope that meets the bribe requirements.
