I saw Jeananne Garofalo interviewed on CNN Headline News this afternoon.

She was on O'Reilly tonight (along with some guy actor). She took UMBRAGE at the end that O'Reilly was entertaining the notion that Saddam might in violation. When he said "If Saddam is found..." and she interjected to say about five times "IF, that's IF, Bill, IF!" Good grief!
