Your beginning to sound pretty desparate to invent stuff about NOW being after Lott. As much as a doofus as he is I would think they would have Dascles early inclination (i.e., to let it slide) since Lott is so easy to roll.

I genuinely think that most dems think Lott is a cracker. I have not heard one democrat mention partial birth abortion regarding Lott.
Democrats if they were smart, would want to keep Lott around in charge. He is as weakened as you can get.

We were promised that Lott was going to introduce the PBA ban "as soon as the next session starts". Well, is this going to be an excuse to avoid the issue and then have the Republicans not go forward with the promises to the social conservatives who elected them?
This is the kind of thing we were all afraid of with the waiting. If the ban is put off, I'm going to assume that is what this is all about. You do want the ban on these homicides, don't you?

You might be 1/2 right! It was from NOW but we have come to find out it was Karl Rove and the liberal republicans the most!
