Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Unfortunately we have an UNCONSTITUTIONAL agency in this country called the IRS. They seem to think they do have the UNCONSTITUTIONAL right to seize assets, audit papers, and completely destroy ones life, liberty and their pursuit of happiness.

So...the 4th amendment has been dead for a long, long, long, time.

We can thank the Renquist Court for their ruling to void the meaningful part of our 4th. Our Constitution is not safe from the tyranny of the Blackrobes.
