The kids face possible expulsion and Miss Khayat wants them to get off with just an apology?

The kids should be kicked out of school for vandalism and terrorizing white and black students.

Yes, but they're Black. Remember they can't be racist's. Sarcasm off, What would have happened if they hadn't been caught red handed. Every New's team in the Country would have been there the next morning looking for some poor White Redneck to pin the blame on, guranteed.

To be fair that's not what he said. All you can tell from this quote is that he thinks they should apologise. His postion on wether or not that's enough is not included in the article.
