I wanna know why Ted Kennedy is an "elder statesman" of the Senate while Lott is being crucified. Who drowned as a result of Lott's gaffe? Why are Republicans always having to prove they are not racists, while Jesse "Hymietown" Jackson gets mainstream respect - while Al "Tawana Brawley" Sharpton runs for President, and Robert Byrd ex-KKK gets a free ride?? (That's my rant du jour. :))

Here's a conversation God has with some Angels:

Hey guys and girls, what's with these republicans? We gave them the edge in '94 and newt blew it, now, we have lott ( God thinking to himself: Hmmm, why does that name sound familiar? lot, lot, lot, Oh, I rememember, a big explosion and his wife turned into a pillar of salt or some such thing, now this clown turns himself into a pillar of salt!), oh, my man ( God wouldn't say oh, my God) what's with these republicans clowns? Then the President wines and dines a group of people who refuse to condemn murders of innoccents, rather, he condemns a stupid racist statement.
Could it be ( returns to deep thought, could it be that making a dumb racist statement is worse than murdering people, Nyah, he couldn't have meant that, could he have?)
