Capitol punishment is earned by committing certain crimes, it is not murder. Killing terrorists is not murder, it is self defense even if it is done by proxy.

Carter is a tax and spend democrat that ran the American economy into the mud and kept it there. His foreign policy was nothing more than appeasement and his concern for freedom was nil.
