Yesterday afternoon / early evening the strongest winds ever recorded hit Reno (80-100MPH). Trees down, signs down, power out, traffic lights not working, windows broken, an elementary school roof was relocated to across the street, etc. - A mess.

"Watch for rocks."
One word: rentals.
I love this time of year, can't help it. I know the storms cause no end of trouble for folks in the swamps of Sacramento, but getting the skis ready, planning the trip, and then finally hitting the slopes is all I can really focus on. And now my oldest kid has the same bug. I've created a monster.

I've created a monster. Yeah, ain't it great?
We're all lunatics alike.

After a long dry summer and early dry fall, this was an answer to prayer and may it continue with lots of snow, please Lord!
