He thinks he is Kennedy - except revisionism as to "what Kennedy would have done" is at least palatable and even sometimed believable since the man died so soon and probably did have many plans that he never had a chance to act on. Klinton, however, was in office for 8 years and has no excuse for not getting done whatever it is he wanted to do - especially on the international front since his hand was free in that arena and did not depend on congressional support.
