Oh get off, what do you think the odds are that this wasn't a clear case of a "hate crime" in that the girl was beaten because she is Jewish? Of course newspapers can be inaccurate, but just how much room do you think there is for inaccuracy here? I also don't buy into the notion of hate crimes as requiring special treatment from the law, but it does make the Moslem perp particularly vile, and it is an example of the laughingstock that "the religion of peace" has become.

I cannot see why the fact that the Arab attacker was female, makes this not a hate crime, or in fact mitigates her guilt in any way.
