It's nice to see you being featured here today. I remember reading your insightful comments on the Klamath threads.
My husband's ancestor's were gold miner's that immigrated from Germany to Pennsylvania then to Dahlonega Georgia during the first Gold Rush in the US. They even mined for gold on the property that we live on now in the 40's with a steam shovel and hydraulic's (fire hoses). I don't think that would be allowed today because the government has laid claim to 50 feet on either side of the creek now which included the area that was mined. I'm not sure who has the mining rights but have a sneaky suspicion that the government does.

As for yer answer, I have no clue because I haven't attempted to solve it yet. My dad and mom used to give us these problems to figger out when we were kids and all four of us boys just loved it...good memories. But no, I'll figger out the answer when it looks like a few people have attempted. And please note that I will ask the winners to explain the key issue that unlocked the answer for you.

I took the LSAT exam 11 years ago and that reminded me of the type of questions we encountered. I got so excited when I sat down to figure it out, I blurted out my answer!
I have no idea if it's correct, but I used my best Kaplan technique...LOL!!!
