A mixed blood person can pick what blood he wants in himself, and marry a full blood of that race, or marry a breed like himself. What other options are there?

These sure don't sound like real options to me. Are you seriously saying that someone who is half black and half white can "pick" that they want to be white and try to find full-blooded white people interested in racial purity who will buy that and want to have children with them? Give me a break. Even if they decided that they themselves want to be black, how could they possibly find a partner who would be as interested in you as keeping the races "pure" that would even think of marrying a mixed-race person? Would you seriously consider marrying someone who was half-black and half-Indian that called themselves pure Indian? Sorry, but I have trouble believing that a person with this racial make-up will be accepted by those Indians who are interested in keeping their race "pure."

Your second suggestion is easily as bad - you would limit people with mixed-race backgrounds to look around until they found somebody with the identical mix that they have? You would have to feel wonder how someone like Mrs. Dirtboy who is French, Spanish, Apache, Yaqui and Maya would even go on a first date! Even if this were plausible in the least, it seems to go against your statements that mixed-race children are a "mistake." If, after all, these people were true "warriors of the heart," and realized that they were mistakes, why would they want to pass this mistake on to their children?

So... to answer your question, there are no other options - at least not in your world. If you had your way, mixed-race people would realize that they are mistakes, and knowing that, they would have little to no chance of finding love or having children. If the only options for mixed-race people are those that you listed above, it seems you are basically saying that since they are mistakes, they are screwed, and if they were true "warriors of the heart" and realizing this, they would take themselves out of the gene pool for the greater good.

In my world, people marry who they want to marry, and race may or may not be a significant factor depending on whom the participants are. But if the participants don't care about what race their partner is, I sure won't be going around calling them or their children "mistakes."

Integration and intermarriage is not a sign of Christian transcendence, but rather a cheap shot. I call it quick-fix Christianity. Has nothing to do with religion. Marry whom you will, but not in the name of Christ.

If God didn't want races to intermingle, why did he make them capable of having children together? Why did he allow technology that allowed people of different races to meet? And where exactly did Christ tell people not to marry outside of their race?

Studies show the kids are crippled, confused, and frustrated.

Please quote the studies that you are referring to. This is news to me. Have you ever heard of hybrid vigor?

This may be mistaken. I'm asserting an opinion. I know. I could be just plain wrong. The intellectual process however, just consider all angles.

I don't believe you have considered all the angles when it comes to mixed-race people. Are they just people that God has forsaken - mistakes from birth?

You are one extremely patient person! For this, you are completely outstanding in my experience as a professional journalist. The honors are yours.

Now, a major study on inter-breds is:
David R. Harris and Jeremiah Joseph Sim
An Emperical Look at the Social Construction of Race: The Case of Mixed-Race Adolescents
Report No.00-452
Population Studies Center, University of Michigan.

I think the web address is: http://www.psc.isr.umich.edu/pubs/
If this doesn't work for you, let me know.

Obviously, the human race is capable of a lot of activity that was never intended by God, at least, according to the Bible. Not all that is was meant to be. That is the whole take of the Bible on our reality here. This whole life is in the midst of a great "mistake." By faith, the believer hopes to endure it, and to find eternal reward later.

I don't think the race issue is particularly central to morality, but, sexuality is. I don't know what exactly are your standards of interpreting reality here are, so, I'm not sure where to go with this. Biblically, globalism is the wrong direction entirely. That's why the races were created (at Babel) in the first place, to keep man separated into groups.

I'm trying to deal with this in my Patriotism entries on BadEagle.com, under the Bad Eagle Speaks forum, or the one under that one. I forget which. The entry is "Patriotism." We have to start by understanding what a nation is. Thus, we historically have to reference the matter of race. Race is tied into the original concept of nationhood.

More later.
