What "money flow" are you referring to? These "Resist Inc" birds apparently scraped enough together from under seat cushions to pay for a slick web site, but that's about all I've heard about or seen from them.
I'd be a bit more worried about Resist Inc's involvement if it could be proven that their funding largesse amounted to more than the cost of a burger and fries.
On the Resist Inc. website, here is the description of SWARM. I can see why this group wouldn't want this description to pop up when handing over a request to Government to investigate the Citizen Patrols. This would also explain their name change to Border Action Network. Wouldn't look so good to be against our armed forces.
