A Congressional White Caucus would be immediately seen as segregationist and racist and would not to be tolerated. Ahh but the enlightened standards of our society deem some forms of racism to be more equal than others. The CBC is nothing more and nothing less than a liberal segregationist group pursuing that nefarious agenda known as liberalism.
