THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.

Testing to see if pic from an upcoming post will post right.

RE EXPERIMENTAL TOY SIZED CRAFT ABOVE:

"The Lifter is an asymmetrical capacitor which uses High Voltage ( > 20KV ) to produce a thrust."

"The Lifter works without moving parts, flies silently, uses only electrical energy and is able to lift its own weight plus an additional payload. The Lifter uses the Biefeld-Brown effect discovered by Thomas Townsend Brown in 1928. The basic design of the Lifter has been fully described in the Townsend Brown US Patent N°2949550 filed on Aug 16, 1960 and titled "Elektrokinetic Apparatus", you will find in this patent the full description of the main principle used in the Lifter devices."

Am planning on posting some links and intros relative to the last long doc above.

BLESSED NEW YEAR TO YOU!

PRACTICAL OVERUNITY ELECTRICAL DEVICES

(C) T.E. Bearden
May 13, 1994

Introduction

Recently, my associates and I have filed a patent application on what we believe will at long last reveal the mechanisms for practical overunity electrical devices. It is my purpose in this paper to provide additional information augmenting my former two papers, (1) "The Final Secret of Free Energy," Feb. 1993, and (2) "Additional Information on the Final Secret of Free Energy," Feb. 1994. In this present paper, with the permission of my colleagues, I release the gist of our work on separation of electrical charge into two coupled components Ø (m), where Ø represents the massless charge of the charged particle or mass, represents the fact that it is coupled or trying to couple to the special mass that makes up charged particles [i.e., the special kind of mass that will couple to the virtual photon flux density that is represented by the symbol Ø], and m represents the inert mass component of the charged mass. Since not all masses will couple with Ø , we indicate the type of mass that will couple with it, as m. Thus a charged mass is composed of (Ø ) ( m), which we consolidate to (Ø) (m).

Charge Is Not Quantized

An interesting immediate result is that the massless charge of a fundamental charged particle is not quantized; it changes as a function of the background potential in which it is embedded. So it is discretized as a function of the background potential (i.e., of the virtual photon flux exchange between it and the surrounding vacuum). Otherwise, e.g., there could be no Ø created on any charged particle q, and hence no E-field, and hence electrons would not move in our present circuits. Since they do move in our circuits, charge is not quantized.

In a July 9, 1998, at the 5th International Conference on Composites Engineering in Las Vegas, Dr. Deborah D. L. Chung, professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering at University at Buffalo (UB), reported that she had observed apparent negative resistance in interfaces between layers of carbon fibers in a composite material. Professor Chung holds the Niagara Mohawk Chair in Materials Research at UB and is internationally recognized for her work in smart materials and carbon composites. The negative resistance was observed in a direction perpendicular to the fiber layers. A paper describing the research was submitted by Chung to a peer-reviewed journal, and a patent application was filed by the University. Document source "On Extracting Electromagnetic Energy from the Vacuum," IC-2000, by Tom Bearden

Now, On May 19th, 2001, I have been able to replicate successfully the Chung's Negative Resistance (CNR). You will find in these pages all informations and datas about the CNR experiment that I have done. The CNR experiment has been conducted so as to be closer to the original Chung's design which is fully described in the paper "Apparent negative electrical resistance in carbon fiber composites," by Shoukai Wang and D.D.L. Chung - Composites, Part B, Vol. 30, 1999, p. 579-590.

US Patent 6,362,718 : Motionless Electromagnetic Generator See the full MEG patent with diagrams ( 15 pages )

Abstract

An electromagnetic generator without moving parts includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic core including first and second magnetic paths. A first input coil and a first output coil extend around portions of the first magnetic path, while a second input coil and a second output coil extend around portions of the second magnetic path. The input coils are alternatively pulsed to provide induced current pulses in the output coils. Driving electrical current through each of the input coils reduces a level of flux from the permanent magnet within the magnet path around which the input coil extends. In an alternative embodiment of an electromagnetic generator, the magnetic core includes annular spaced-apart plates, with posts and permanent magnets extending in an alternating fashion between the plates. An output coil extends around each of these posts. Input coils extending around portions of the plates are pulsed to cause the induction of current within the output coils.

I GOOFED AND POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG THREAD THE FIRST TIME.

Poohbah--Am curious if any of these were ever found to be part of the charlatan/scoundrals you uncovered???

MUIR REDWOODS,

I *THINK* I understand your perspective and convictions.

It APPEARS that you have not read the evidence at DISCLOSURE or any other more recent more quality sources.

I don't doubt there's plenty of hoax AND disinformation afoot.

Nevertheless, in INCREASING MEASURE the evidence handling of more recent implant extractions has reportedly been of the highest standards and quality.

Also, reportedly, the implants produced have been exceedingly unique in terms of the particular structures, the manner the combinations of elements have been layered, combined in, sorts of molecules in places in the body such molecules don't occur in etc. regardless of where they came from.

Hypnosis is a tricky thing to use well, certainly. Not all researchers are that qualified and not all qualified are that rigorous in their use of it.

HOWEVER, approximately only 30% of those reporting abduction stories have had hypmosis to enhance their memories. The rest have remembered without any such assist whatsoever.

Many to most (depending on year and region as well as normal religious and social habits) have had no experience or exposure to the common "literature" as well. Yet, the details of their stories are all quite standard. Mass hypnosis does not remotely qualify as an explanation.

The vast distances you speak of would certainly be barriers

IF

your assumptions and standard convictions regarding them were as rock solid as you are convinced they are.

There are highly renowned astronomers and physicists who no longer hold to those convictions. I prefer to cast my understanding with theirs at present. Their understanding appears to much better explain a wider variety of phenomena than yours does.

Reportedly the distances do not matter IF AND WHEN

1) the dimensions of the universe involved (say ours) can be technologically warped (as it were, to put it in 'simple' terms) much as a bowling ball would warp a large rubber sheet--bringing points much closer together which were previously exceedingly distant.

2) --IF AND WHEN other dimensions, universes can be traversed as a shortcut somewhat akin to secret passages in an old gothic mansion--a shortcut between two extremely distant points in our universe.

3) --time can be manipulated as merely one of a variety of travel choices somewhat as we might choose the freeway over slower surface roads. Perhaps 3 is a subset of 2.

It seems like there is another common option but I don't recall it at present. Interestingly, I don't recall any mention of worm holes being used.

I understand that astronomy and physics have the psychological and emotional advantage of affording one--at least to some degree--the comfort of a more ordered universe/reality than the chaos of human emotions, psychology and mangled memories might afford. I understand that to have that order even fractionally shattered or turned topsy turvey would be a rather frightful prospect to be resisted at all costs if one valued one's comfort zone. Many Christians I know suffer similar fright and resistences.

Nevertheless, what is real and true, no matter how bizarre, is still real and true--whether we understand it remotely fully; perceive it remotely fully; apprehend or access it remotely fully, fractionally or whatever--or not.

Evidently you have no confidence in the credentials of Werner Von Braun and his closest PhD associate?

Evidently you'd have no scholarly respect for "a Chief Scientist-Manager at NASA's Langley Research Center."

Evidently you'd think the following published research scholar must be a charlatan:

Employment History

Oct. 1997 – date
Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin
Senior Research Physicist
Theoretical development of Stochastic Electrodynamics

Harold Puthoff, Scott Little, and myself carry out theoretical and experimental investigations of various models of modified classical physics. The aim is to see if, for example by incorporation of a stochastic element, classical physics may successfully reproduce the results of quantum mechanics and quantum field theory. Along the way, experimentally distinguishable alternatives are considered, some of which are tested in our labs.

Oct. 1994 – Oct. 1997
PEAR Lab., Princeton University
Visiting Scholar
Human information processing group: statistical anomalies on human-machine interaction.

As a member of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research team, my main role was the investigation of the correlation between human intention and (anomalous) statistical perturbation of random noise sources. To that end, I was the principal team member responsible for the design and implementation of experiments to investigate the scaling of the anomalous effect with physical parameters such as the energetics of the noise source, the digitization rate, and the rate of information displayed to the human operators. Strategically, I endeavored to introduce a model-driven approach to the formulation of hypotheses and subsequent design of experiments to permit a principled maximum-likelihood estimation of model parameters and hence appropriate measures of statistical significance from analyses of the data.

I was also responsible for the development of theoretical - principally quantum mechanical - models of the interaction which do minimum violence to existing theories in physics. To that end, in collaboration with other similarly motivated physicists, we were attempting to expand the scope of neo-classical theories - particularly of stochastic electrodynamics - further into the domain of quantum electrodynamics and quantum field theory. The motivation for this effort was to broaden our understanding of the statistical aspect of the quantum theory of measurement in the search for an appropriate point of entry for the perturbing influence of human intention on erstwhile theoretical distributions.

In addition, as a member of the Human Information Processing Group, I also acted as advisor to the Princeton University project to build a vision-guided autonomous vehicle.

I did some statistical analysis in C and C++ on PCs and Unix, and in Excel on PCs. I wrote a robot motion analysis system (image capture, tracking, and analysis) in C++ on a PC. I wrote an asynchronous multi-tasking system for continuous image capture, compression, and analysis, using both a PC and Intel i860 vector pipeline processor in C. A PC interface was written in Visual Basic.

May 1991 - July 1994
AGFA-Gevaert, Antwerp, Belgium.
Consultant
Computer assisted interpretation of X-ray images for digital radiography: automatic identification of diagnostically significant parts of X-ray images.

I designed, programmed, trained, and tested a complete (low, intermediate, and high-level) vision system. The low-level part involved the construction of a library of around 250 image functions. The intermediate-level part included statistically-motivated feature extraction including linear fractal dimension, and linear and bi-quadratic edge clustering by analysis of variance.

The high-level part was an expert-system implemented as a trainable rule network with 200 rules in 500 network-nodes performing a (principally topological & geometric) model-match on the intermediate-level features. I built an X windows GUI for the supervision, training, and evaluation of the network. I constructed a database manager linked to the network to provide a training assistant drawing on a database of over 2000 previously examined images.

The system was trained to an accuracy of over 99%, and is now in use in hospitals in Europe and the US. I wrote 2 EEC and US patents for different versions of the system, and continue to provide occasional back-up consultancy over the telephone and by email. The development took place on a SPARC, and was written in C for subsequent down-loading to a 68000. Interpretation accuracy and computation time were the major design constraints.

Various 1992 - 1993
Dept. of Computing & Cognition, Bournemouth University External Lecturer
Production of distance learning course for C++ language, Lecturing in C & C++.

I taught the C programming language to an under-graduate class at the local university. I was then invited to run a course in C++ for which I wrote the course-notes in the form of a language tutorial book.

July 1993
Milton Keynes Hospital, UK
Consultant
Production of an X-ray image capture, editing and printing system.

I wrote a system for X-ray image capture in C++ on a PC with a GUI using the Symantec ‘ZINC’ interface builder.

July 1990 - March 1991
Meta Machines, Poole, UK.
Consultant
Computer vision for robot motion guidance using laser stripe illumination.

I was responsible for the design and programming of a new real-time PC-based laser-vision system for autonomous robot welding, including:
- Design of a hierarchical database of (laser-stripe) profile models.
- Image-filtering, (1D) segmentation, and feature extraction.
- Model matching to the database & robot pose determination.
- Robot motion guidance.

The major design issues concerned the implementation of a common syntactic representation for the weld-seam profiles. The representation had to be robust against major geometrical uncertainties and spatio-temporal distortions; new instances had to be easy to enter into the database, and their instantiation (model match) had to be performed in real-time with limited computing resources. The system was written in Modula-2 on a PC and run in real-time.

Feb. 1989 - July 1990
IBM UK Scientific Center, Southampton, Hampshire, UK Research Fellow
Computer assisted radiology using MR images: automatic segmentation of magnetic resonance images as part of an EEC-funded project for 'advanced informatics in medicine'.

The principal aim of this project was to produce an automatic diagnostic labeling tool for use with CT and MR scans. As a team of 3 research fellows, and also in collaboration with other members of the project in Germany, Italy, and Spain, we worked on the image segmentation aspect of the problem.

We investigated several approaches including iconic fuzzy sets, a rule based expert system approach, and a neural-net feature-vector classifier. The UK team developed a statistical method for the integration of the results of edge detection with polynomial parametric patch fitting to the image intensity surface, and Gabor filters for texture discrimination and classification The algorithm was trained and automatically optimized against a manually-segmented image database.

I was responsible for the approach taken, the co-ordination of effort in our team, and the presentation of results at meetings with our EEC partners. Our results were evaluated by diagnostic medical experts, (their findings in favor of our UK effort over the other efforts in the project).

As a further development of the segmentation project, I designed and built a topological representation (region-edge-vertex graph) of the segmented image as a relational data structure using a 'knowledge engineering' AI tool, and developed a statistical medical knowledge base relating the MR intensities to the tissue types. The analysis system was written C on an RS6000 under AIX. The topological representation was designed using KEE and written in Lisp.

Feb. 1987 - Feb. 1989
The Dove Project, Southampton, Hampshire, UK
Co-founder
Bioluminescence project manager: design, construction & implementation of experiment to measure visible and UV photon emission from humans and plants in vivo.

My main contribution to this project was to perform pilot studies on the spectrum and temporal variation of human bioluminescence, and the effect of aging on emission rate from plants. In a purpose-built room, we used a cooled photomultiplier to measure the visible and UV light from human subjects under various conditions.

I designed and executed experiments to determine the anatomical, temporal, and spectral statistics of light from the human body using photon-counting techniques. I designed and built electronics for computer-control and measurement. I wrote the software for statistical analysis and display.

This was part of a privately funded research project for the measurement of electromagnetic body fields and assessment of their clinical diagnostic potential. As a team of 4, we set the goals in agreement with our sponsors, designed the experiments, bought the laboratory equipment, carried out the measurements, and wrote reports for our sponsors. The control and analysis aspect of the project was written in C running on a PC.

Sept. 1984 - Jan. 1987
Plessey-Siemens Research, Southampton, Hampshire, UK
Senior Principal Engineer
Computer vision: structure from motion image sequences for autonomously guided vehicles.

Images from a digital camera mounted on a moving vehicle were used to build a 3D scene interpretation for autonomous navigation, and, at the same time, solve for the self-motion of the vehicle. Optical flow between consecutive images was determined using both feature detection and correspondence, and spatio-temporal gradients.

My personal contributions were in statistical modeling, especially for coherent multi-frame integration to permit the construction of a viewpoint-independent region-edge-vertex graph. Additionally, I prepared progress and planning reports for the research programme, and presented the results of our work at numerous meetings and conferences. I was representative for Plessey Research in the early stages of a government funded initiative on advanced robotics, and produced a comprehensive internal report on the future of computer vision in UK manufacturing. The computing aspect of the project was written in Pascal on a DEC VAX, and on a VICOM parallel-processor.

There is no substitute in science for reading the literature. It is not up to me to convince other experimenters of anything; they can "believe" what they wish. It is not a matter of "belief" anyway, but a matter of what we did and what we use, and what physics has to say about it. If one does not understand the difference between a curl-free magnetic vector potential A, and a curled magnetic vector potential A, then one will never understand the MEG and its operation.

If one is seriously and technically interested in how the energy is taken from the local vacuum by the MEG, there are two papers in higher group symmetry electrodynamics [cited above] on the MEG that have been published by the AIAS in Foundations of Physics Letters (vigorously refereed). Those very technically explain the process by which the energy is taken from the vacuum.

Abstract

This paper reviews the development of antigravity research in the US and notes how research activity seemed to disappear by the mid 1950s. It then addresses recently reported scientific findings and witness testimonies - that show us that this research and technology is alive and well and very advanced. The revelations of findings in this area will alter dramatically our 20th century view of physics and technology and must be considered in planning for both energy and transportation needs in the 21st century.

Historical Background

Townsend Brown's Technology of Electrogravitics[1]

In the mid 1920's Townsend Brown[2] discovered that electric charge and gravitational mass are coupled. He found that when he charged a capacitor to a high voltage, it had a tendency to move toward its positive pole. This became known as the Biefeld-Brown effect. His findings were opposed by conventional minded physicists of his time.

The Pearl Harbor Demonstration. Around 1953, Brown conducted a demonstration for military top brass. He flew a pair of 3-foot diameter discs around a 50-foot course tethered to a central pole. Energized with 150,000 volts and emitting ions from their leading edge, they attained speeds of several hundred miles per hour. The subject was thereafter classified.

Project Winterhaven. Brown submitted a proposal to the Pentagon for the development of a Mach 3 disc shaped electrogravitic fighter craft. Drawings of its basic design are shown in one of his patents. They are essentially large-scale versions of his tethered test discs.

Review of Issues From the 1950s

Once Brown’s findings became well known, some scientists began to openly speak about the flying technology of UFOs, which had been observed extensively since the 1940s. None other than Professor Hermann Oberth, considered by some to be one of the fathers of the space age, who later worked in the US with Wernher von Braun, the Army Ballistic Missile Agency and NASA, stated the following in 1954:[3]

“It is my thesis that flying saucers are real and that they are space ships from another solar system.” Perhaps of more interest to our present discussion on propulsion, he then stated that: “They are flying by the means of artificial fields of gravity… They produce high-tension electric charges in order to push the air out of their paths, so it does not start glowing, and strong magnetic fields to influence the ionized air at higher altitudes. First, this would explain their luminosity… Secondly, it would explain the noiselessness of UFO flight…” We now know that he was fundamentally correct in his assessment.

In 1956, a British research company, Aviation Studies (International) Ltd. published a classified report on Electrogravitics Systems examining various aspects of gravity control. They summarized the pioneering work of Townsend Brown and then described the use of electrogravitic thrust as follows:

“The essence of electrogravitics thrust is the use of a very strong positive charge on one side of the vehicle and a negative on the other. The core of the motor is a condenser and the ability of the condenser to hold its charge (the K-number) is the yardstick of performance. With air as 1, current dielectrical materials can yield 6 and use of barium aluminate can raise this considerably, barium titanium oxide (a baked ceramic) can offer 6,000 and there is a promise of 30,000, which would be sufficient for supersonic speed.”[4]

In one of their conclusions, based on Brown’s work, they suggested that: “Electrostatic energy sufficient to produce a Mach 3 fighter is possible with megavolt energies and a k of over 10,000.”[5]

In spite of Brown’s solid research, they later stated that, “One of the difficulties in 1954 and 1955 was to get aviation to take electrogravitics seriously. The name alone was enough to put people off.”[6] It seems that is as true today as it was in the 1950s.

A report by another British company, Gravity Rand, Ltd. in 1956, agrees with this assessment and states: “To assert electrogravitics is nonsense is as unreal as to say it is practically extant. Management should be careful of men in their employ with a closed mind or even partially closed mind on the subject.”[7]

However, a trade press magazine, The Aviation Report, made a numerous references to antigravity projects and listed many of the companies pursuing research in this area. Quotes from The Aviation Report listed in the Aviation Studies (International) Ltd. report[8] are suggestive of what was going on behind the scenes.

In 1954 they predicted that: “… progress has been slow. But indications are now that the Pentagon is ready to sponsor a range of devices to help further knowledge.”... “Tentative targets now being set anticipate that the first disk should be complete before 1960 and it would take the whole of the ‘sixties to develop it properly, even though some combat things might be available ten years from now.” (Aviation Report 12 October 1954)[9]

During this time period many of the major defense and technology companies were cited as either having research projects or activities in this new field. For example: “Companies studying the implications of gravitics are said, in a new statement, to include Glenn Martin, Convair, Sperry-Rand, and Sikorsky, Bell, Lear Inc. and Clark Electronics. Other companies who have previously evinced interest include Lockheed, Douglas and Hiller.” (Aviation Report 9 December 1955)[10].

Others of these reports mention: AT&T, General Electric, as well as Curtiss-Wright, Boeing and North American as having groups studying electrogravitics.

During the same time period, the Gravity Rand report notes that: “Already companies are specializing in evolution of particular components of an electogravitics disk.”[11]

However, in the area of predictions, the Aviation Report stated the following based on an extrapolation of technology development: “Thus this century will be divided into two parts – almost to the day. The first half belonged to the Wright Brothers who foresaw nearly all the basic issues in which gravity was the bitter foe. In part of the second half, gravity will be the great provider. Electrical energy, rather irrelevant for propulsion in the first half becomes a kind of catalyst to motion in the second half of the century.” (Aviation Report 7 September 1954).[12]

Looking back it is easy to say that they missed the mark. Did they really miss it by a half a century? Reading through these reports it is quite obvious that there was much interest in antigravity among a number of very high profile companies, as well as in the Department of Defense. What happened to this interest and why was it all downplayed during the following four plus decades?

After all, T. Brown had shown that there is a demonstrable connection between high voltage fields and gravity. Why has it taken until the 1990s for more than just a few scientists to look at these results and publish on them in the open literature? A review of recent statements by former military personnel and civilians connected to covert projects begins to shed light on research activity in these areas over the last half century. And it appears that there had been significant breakthroughs during this time period, well shielded from both the scientific and public eye.

Recent Scientific Developments

In this section we consider developments in the antigravity field since the late 1980s and why the confluence of scientific findings and the testimony of witnesses associated with the military and covert groups indicates that a gravity solution with technological implications has been found.

Although general relativity has not been able to explain Brown’s electrogravitic observations, or any other antigravity phenomenon, the recent physics methodology of quantum electrodynamics (QED), appears to offer the theoretical framework to explain electrogravitic coupling. Recent papers by members of the Institute for Advanced Study Alpha Foundation are putting a solid theoretical foundation onto the antigravity effects within the theory of electrodynamics and include papers by Evans[13] and Anastasozki et al.[14]

Earlier in a breakthrough paper in 1994, Alcubierre showed that superluminal space travel is, in principle, physically possible and will not violate the tenants of the theory of relativity[15]. Puthoff[16] later analyzed these findings in light of the present SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) paradigms that insist that we could not be visited by extraterrestrial civilizations because of the speed-of-light limitations dictated by the general relativity theory. He suggests that super-luminal travel is indeed possible. This leads to reduced-time interstellar travel and the possibility of extraterrestrial visitation, which our limited under-standing of physics and scientific arrogance has “forbidden” in some sectors for most of the 20th century.

The second aspect of these physics findings deals with the zero point or vacuum state energy shown by the Casimir effect, which predicts that two metal plates close together attract each other due to imbalance in the quantum fluctuations. The implications of this zero point or vacuum state energy are tremendous and are described in several papers by Puthoff[17] starting during the late 1980s. A detailed bibliography on this and similar topics is available on the WWWeb.[18] Bearden[19] and colleagues have also written extensively on the theoretical physics of zero point energy and additionally have described various technological means of extracting this energy (for example see the recent paper by Anastasozki et al.[20]). A theoretical book on zero point energy by Bearden will soon be available.[21] There is significant evidence that scientists since Tesla have known about this energy, but that its existence and potential use has been discouraged and indeed suppressed over the past half century or more. [22].

The coupling of the electrogravitic phenomena observations and the zero point energy findings are leading to a new understanding of both the nature of matter and of gravity. This is just now being discussed in scientific journals (though some evidence suggests that it has been understood for decades within the black project covert community). The question that is being addressed is: what keeps the universe running? Or more specifically, where do electrons get their energy to keep spinning around atoms? As electrons change state they absorb or release energy, and where does it come from?

The simplistic answer is that it is coming from the vacuum state. Puthoff[23] describes the process as follows: “I discovered that you can consider the electron as continually radiating away its energy as predicted by classical theory, but SIMUL-TANEOUSLY ABSORBING a COMPENSATING AMOUNT of energy from the ever-present sea of zero-point energy in which the atom is immersed. An equilibrium between these two processes leads to the correct values for the parameters that define the lowest energy, or ground-state orbit (see "Why atoms don't collapse," NEW SCIENTIST, July 1987). Thus there is a DYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM in which the zero-point energy stabilizes the electron in a set ground-state orbit. It seems that the very stability of matter itself appears to depend on an underlying sea of electromagnetic zero-point energy.”

Furthermore, it appears that it is the spinning of electrons that provides inertia and mass to atoms. These theories, linking electron spin, zero point energy, mass, and inertia have been presented in a number of recent papers, such as those by Haisch[24] and colleagues and provide us with a possible explanation of the Biefield-Brown effect. It appears that an intense voltage field creates an electromagnetic barrier that blocks the atomic structure of an atom from interacting with the zero point field. This slows down the electrons, reducing their gyroscopic effect, and thus reducing atomic mass and inertia, making them easier to move around.

Evidence of Extensive Antigravity Technology

The B-2 Advanced Technology Bomber

In 1993, LaViolette wrote a paper[25] discussing the B-2 bomber and speculating on its probable antigravity propulsion system, based on a solid understanding of electrogravitics,[26] the aircraft’s design and the materials used in its manufacture. It appears that the craft is using a sophisticated form of the antigravity principles first described by T. Brown. Support for this thesis came from the Aviation Week and Space Technology (March 9, 1992), which reported that the B-2 bomber electrostatically charges its leading edge and its exhaust stream. Their information had come from a small group of former black project research scientists and engineers suggesting the B-2 utilizes antigravity technology. This information was supported by Bob Oechsler, an ex-NASA mission specialist who had publicly made a similar claim in 1990. These findings support the contention that there have been major developments in the area of antigravity propulsion which are presently being applied in advanced aircraft.

LaViolette later states the obvious that “the commercial airline industry could dramatically benefit with this technology which would not only substantially increase the miles per gallon fuel efficiency of jet airliners, but would also permit high-speed flight that would dramatically cut flight time.”[27]

The Disclosure Project Witnesses

On May 9, 2001 a private organization, “The Disclosure Project”[28] held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC. They presented nearly two dozen witnesses including retired Army, Navy and Air Force personnel, a top FAA official, members of various intelligence organizations including the CIA and NRO, and industry personnel, all of whom who had witnessed UFO events or had inside knowledge of government or industrial activities in this area.

They also produced a briefing document[29] for members of the press and Congress and a book[30] which includes the testimony of nearly 70 such witnesses from a pool of hundreds. Although they all spoke of the reality of the UFO phenomena, many also spoke of covert projects dealing with antigravity, zero point energy technologies and development of alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs) by US black project and covert interests. The following excerpted quotes from these witnesses support the above contentions.

Dan Morris[31] is a retired Air Force career Master Sergeant who was involved in the extraterrestrial projects for many years. After leaving the Air Force, he was recruited into the super-secret National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), during which time he worked specifically on extraterrestrial-connected operations. He had a cosmic top-secret clearance (38 levels above top secret) which, he states, no U.S. president, to his knowledge, has ever held.

“UFOs are both extraterrestrial and man made. Well, the guys that were doing the UFOs, they weren’t sleeping, and Townsend Brown was one of our guys who was almost up with the Germans. So we had a problem. We had to keep Townsend Brown - what he was doing on anti-gravity electromagnetic propulsion secret.” He then describes a type of zero point energy device.

“Well, if you have one of these units that’s about sixteen inches long and about eight inches high and about ten inches wide, then you don’t need to plug into the local electric company. These devices burn nothing. No pollution. It never wears out, because there are no moving parts. What moves are electrons, in the gravity field, in the electronic field, and they turn in opposite directions, okay?”

“Dr. B.”[32] (name withheld since he still works in this area) is a scientist and engineer who has worked on top-secret projects almost all his life. Over the years he has directly worked on or had involvement with such projects involving anti-gravity, chemical warfare, secure telemetry and communications, extremely high-energy space based laser systems, and electromagnetic pulse technology.

“Anti-gravity. As a matter of fact, I used to go out to the Hughes in Malibu. They had a big think tank up there. Big anti-gravity projects; I used to talk to them out there. I’d give them ideas, because they bought all my equipment. But the American public will never, never hear about that.” . . . “This flying disc has a little plutonium reactor in it, which creates electricity, which drives these anti-gravity plates. We also have the next level of propulsion, it is called virtual field, which are called hydrodynamic waves…”

Captain Bill Uhouse[33] served 10 years in the Marine Corps as a fighter pilot, and four years with the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB as a civilian doing flight-testing of exotic experimental aircraft. Later, for the next 30 years, he worked for defense contractors as an engineer of antigravity propulsion systems: on flight simulators for exotic aircraft - and on actual flying discs.

“I don’t think any flying disc simulators went into operation until the early 1960s - around 1962 or 1963. The reason why I am saying this is because the simulator wasn’t actually functional until around 1958. The simulator that they used was for the extraterrestrial craft they had, which is a 30-meter one that crashed in Kingman, Arizona, back in 1953 or 1952.”

“We operated it with six large capacitors that were charged with a million volts each, so there were six million volts in those capacitors.” . . . “There weren’t any windows. The only way we had any visibility at all was done with cameras or video-type devices.” . . . “Over the last 40 years or so, not counting the simulators - I’m talking about actual craft - there are probably two or three-dozen, and various sizes that we built.”

“A.H.”[34] formally of Boeing Aerospace, is a person who has gained significant information from inside the UFO extraterrestrial groups within our government, military, and civilian companies. He has friends at the NSA, CIA, NASA, JPL, ONI, NRO, Area 51, the Air Force, Northrup, Boeing, and others.

“Most of the craft operate on antigravity and electrogravitic propulsion. We are just about at the conclusion state right now regarding antigravity. I would give it maybe about 15 years and we will have cars that will levitate using this type of technology. We’re doing it up at Area 51 right now. That’s some of the stuff that my buddy worked on up at Area 51 with Northrup, who lives now in Pahrump, Nevada. We’re flying anti-gravity vehicles up there and in Utah right now…”

Lieutenant Colonel Williams[35] entered the Air Force in 1964 and became a rescue helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He has an electrical engineering degree and was in charge of all the construction projects for the Military Air Command. During his time in the military he knew that there was a facility inside of Norton Air Force Base in California that no one was to know about.

“There was one facility at Norton Air Force Base that was close hold - not even the wing commander there could know what was going on. During that time period it was always rumored by the pilots that that was a cover for in fact the location of one UFO craft.”

Note that all he knew was of the rumor, however, it is confirmed by the next testimony, which also confirms some of the comments made by Captain Uhouse.

Mark McCandlish[36] is an accomplished aerospace illustrator and has worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the United States. A colleague, with whom he studied, has been inside a facility at Norton Air Force Base, where he witnessed alien reproduction vehicles, or ARVs, that were fully operational and hovering. He states that the US not only has operational antigravity propulsion devices, but we have had them for many, many years, and they have been developed through the study, in part, of extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years.

A close friend, Brad Sorensen, told him of visiting The Big Hangar, during an air show at Norton Air Force Base on November 12, 1988 and how he had seen flying saucers in this hangar. “There were three flying saucers floating off the floor—no cables suspended from the ceiling holding them up, no landing gear underneath—just floating, hovering above the floor. He said that the smallest was somewhat bell-shaped. They were all identical in shape and proportion, except that there were three different sizes. They had little exhibits with a videotape running, showing the smallest of the three vehicles sitting out in the desert, presumably over a dry lakebed, some place like Area 51. It showed this vehicle making three little quick, hopping motions; then [it] accelerated straight up and out of sight, completely disappearing from view in just a couple of seconds—no sound, no sonic boom—nothing.”

“Well, this craft was what they called the Alien Reproduction Vehicle; it was also nicknamed the Flux Liner. This antigravity propulsion system—this flying saucer—was one of three that were in this hangar at Norton Air Force Base. [Its] synthetic vision system [used] the same kind of technology as the gun slaving system they have in the Apache helicopter: if [the pilot] wants to look behind him, he can pick a view in that direction, and the cameras slew in pairs. [The pilot] has a little screen in front of his helmet, and it gives him an alternating view. He [also] has a little set of glasses that he wears—in fact, you can actually buy a 3-D viewing system for your video camera now that does this same thing—so when he looks around, he has a perfect 3-D view of the outside, but no windows. So, why do they have no windows? Well, it’s probably because the voltages that we’re talking about [being] used in this system were probably something between, say, half a million and a million volts of electricity.” Brad Sorensen stated that at the ARV display, “a three star general said that these vehicles were capable of doing light speed or better.”

All of these witness testimonies do not prove the existence of a successful US covert program in antigravity technologies. Only the demonstration of such craft coupled with the accompanying government and technical specification documents would ‘prove’ this. However, these testimonies coupled with information from other substantial sources such as Nick Cook’s new book mentioned below, strongly supports this contention.

The Hunt for Zero Point[37]

Although this very recent book (August, 2001) is not yet available in the US, it contains some of the strongest evidence yet for major efforts and success in the field of antigravity technology. The author, Nick Cook, who for the past 15 years has been the Aviation Editor and Aerospace Consultant for Jane’s Defense Weekly, spent the last 10 years collecting information for the book. This included archival research on Nazi Germany’s antigravity technology and interviews with top officials at NASA, the Pentagon and secret defense installations. He shows that America has cracked the gravity code and classified the information at the highest security levels. Because antigravity and its allied zero point energy technologies potentially offer the world a future of unlimited, non-polluting energy it has been suppressed because of the “huge economic threat”. His findings support those reported by many of the Disclosure Project witnesses cited above.

Antigravity Technology Demonstrations

Although T. Brown reported many of his findings nearly a half century ago, other experimenters have just recently begun to reproduce his work and report it in the open literature and on the WWWeb. For example, Davenport[38] published the results of his work in 1995 supporting the findings of T. Brown. More recently, Transdimensional Technologies[39] in the USA and J. Naudin[40] labs in France have posted on the WWWeb: diagrams, web videos, and data on their versions of antigravity “Lifters” based on an extension of Brown’s work. It is a sad commentary on this whole area of research to see that public science is requiring us to demonstrate principles that were demonstrated nearly fifty years ago.

There have also been a number of other demonstrations of “antigravity” phenomena by researchers throughout the world. This includes the work of Brazilian physics professor, Fran De Aquino, and such devices as: the Searl Electrogravity Disc, the Podkletnov Gravity Shield and Project Greenglow, the Zinsser Kineto-baric Field Propulsion and the Woodward Field Thrust Experiments on Piezoelectrics. All of these are described in more detail by Greer and Loder.[41]

Implications of This Research

• Antigravity and zero point energy research and their applications are finally being addressed by some of the open scientific community. This means there will have to be a rewriting of textbooks in this area so our new generation of students can apply this “new knowledge.” Its application will lead to major breakthroughs in transportation technologies both earthside and in outer space. The implications are that we have the potential for human exploration of our solar system and beyond, if we have the will, within our lifetimes. It also means that the majority of 20th century space technology will be obsolete and in fact may already be so.

• The zero point or vacuum state energy source is seen as a totally non-polluting energy source, which has the potential to replace all the fossil fuels on this planet. It also will provide the energy needed for long range space flights. This means that fuel cells and solar cells in common use today for space flight energy applications will only be needed until we transition to these new energy technologies.

• Based on an analysis of trends in antigravity research over the last half-century and the information provided by numerous witnesses, it appears that there is both good and bad news. The good news is that it appears that we (at least covert projects) have already developed the theories of antigravity, and additionally have developed working spacecraft based on these principles. The bad news is that these technologies have been developed for at least several decades, at the public’s expense and that human kind has been deprived of these technologies, while continuing to waste energy using less efficient and pollution enhancing technologies.

Supporting this contention is the following quote from Ben Rich, former head of the Lockheed Skunkworks. Just prior to his death, he stated to a small group after a lecture that: “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity…” He further went on to say that, ‘anything you can imagine we already know how to do.’ Strong words from a knowledgeable deep insider and words that support what a number of the witnesses stated as well.

• As the reality of this knowledge begins to be understood, there will be an outcry among space scientists not on the inside for release of these technologies to allow all of us to explore space. There will be major changes in the way that NASA does its business, though predicting these changes is difficult.

• Not only has space exploration in the public sector suffered, but our planet’s environment has suffered as well. Thus as this knowledge begins to sink in there will be an outcry among all concerned citizens on this planet for release of these technologies to allow all of us to reduce and ultimately eliminate global warming and environmental pollution that so threatens our way of life. These technologies will not only affect space travel technologies, but will also have a profound effect on transportation and energy production on the earth’s surface.

• In conclusion, we might consider the observation made by Halton Arp[42]:

“We are certainly not at the end of science.

Most probably we are just at the beginning!”

A Negative Differential Resistance Oscillator with a Negistor

You will find below a very simple experiment that anyone can perform with few and cheap electronic components. This experiment will demonstrate you how a very simple oscillator can be built with a component which shows a Negative Differential Resistance ( NDR ) effect when it is used properly.

There is no overunity effect here but this device is worth to be known because in this case the NDR component used does not seem to agree with the basic Ohm's Law : According to the Ohm's law an increase of the voltage produces an increase of the current, in this case, in the negative resistance region of the NDR characteristic curve, an increase of the voltage produces a decrease of the current. This NDR effect in semiconductors has been discovered by Leo Esaki, he has been awarded a Nobel Prize in 1973 for his discovery of the Tunnel Effect used in the Tunnel diode. A tunnel diode ( the Esaki diode ) is a special component which has been specially designed to operate in the negative resistance region. ( See "Field emission - Fowler-Nordheim tunneling" ). Some other components which produce the NDR effect are the Gunn diode and the Lambda diode.

The Tunnel diode has been patented by Leo Esaki : US4198644:Tunnel diode by Esaki; Leo 1980 ( see the full Esaki patent )

This NDR component is a common and cheap NPN transistor 2N2222A. ( see the 2N2222A datasheet )

Used in the reverse mode this transistor has been called "The Negistor" by Richard Phares ( see :

http://www.keelynet.com/zpe/negistor.htm

You will see below the Voltage/Current curve characteristic of the Negistor in the NDR region :

The Faraday Homopolar Generator Experiment
by Jean-Louis Naudin - 13 April 1997

Easy to Build , Test it By Yourself (EBTBY)

Dear Experimenter,

I am glad to present you, a very simple experiment ( 5 minutes to build ) about the Faraday Homopolar Generator Experiment. With this experiment you can test by yourself, that the centrifugal extraction from the inertial field of space is possible, that was first demonstrated by Faraday in 1831.

In 1978 in Santa Barbara, California, a large electromagnetically excited N machine/SPG was constructed, the "Sunburst" machine. This machine was independently tested by Dr. Robert Kincheloe, Professor Emeritus of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University

The abstract of this report quotes:

"Known for over 150 years, the Faraday homopolar generator has been claimed to provide a basis for so-called "free energy" generation, in that under certain conditions the extraction of electrical output energy is not reflected as a corresponding mechanical load to the driving source."

"In the fall of 1831 when Michael Faraday performed the initial experiments which resulted in the discovery of the first dynamo, he also described a phenomenon which has yet to be understood in terms of conventional electrical theory.

In paragraphs 255, 256, and 257 of his diary (fig. 2, ref. 1), dated December 26, 1831, is described the experiment of cementing a copper disc on top of a cylinder magnet, paper intervening, and supporting the magnet by means of a string so as to rotate axially, with the wires of a galvanometer connected to the edge and axis of the copper plate."

Doc ref : "On the possibility of extraction of electrical energy directly from space" by: Bruce DePalma

This is not a power supply for your home, but this experiment is only to prove that the Faraday homopolar generator principle is working, and you can test it by yourself.

How to generate gas from water for use as Fuel

The Aquafuel® is a trademark from Aqualux Corporation

"AquaLux produces the new patented gas, AquaFuel®. AquaFuel is a non-fossil alternative fuel that is a clean synthetic gas with unusual properties. AquaFuel is the only known fuel that emits oxygen when it burns. AquaFuel is one of only three gases that are lighter than air. (Hydrogen and helium are the other two.) "

Today ( on 12-06-98 ), I have built and reproduced successfully a very simple AquaFuel™ generator: "The AquaFuelTM is a nonfossil combustible gas discovered by Mr. Bill Richardson, which is produced by an electric discharge of carbon arcs within distilled, fresh, salt or other types of water, thus being essentially composed of Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon and their compounds". This technology has already been patented (US#5,159,900 and US#5,417,817 and US#5,435,274).

This generator produces a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen (COH2) and this is a gas wich burns very cleanly in oxygen or air, and it can be used as fuel for an internal combustion engine. When burned, COH2 produces carbon dioxide and water vapor, so it generates very little, if any, pollution to the environnement.

This simple experiment is only for testing purposes and only for a proof of the concept. This small generator can't be used for a long working period and it must be used only for demonstration.

You need to get very few materials and it is very simple to build and test it....

Be Carefull, this device generates an explosive gas, you must conduct this test in a well ventiled room or better in open air, you must not smoke during the test.. Don't forget that the carbon monoxide ( CO ) is a very toxic gas, so never breath this gas before burning it. This experiment is not intended for the inexperienced. User of this document should be very carefull to try anything out ! If you do it the risk of any results is just yours. I take no responsibility of anything that might happen, let it be of a wrong information or anything else.

G STRAIN ENERGY ABSORBER - GSEA 1.1 - TEST REPORT

V 1.1 - 26 February 97 - Jean-Louis Naudin - Last update : 10/01/97

INTRODUCTION

Based on work of Prof. Shinichi Seike, I have build and successfully tested an improved version of his G Strain energy absorber .

" Starting with the so-called "Kramer-equation," which describes the movements of atoms in the presence of exterior electrical and magnetic fields-the basic components of the Lorentz-force-Professor Seiki conceived of the possibility of creating "negative gravitational energies" by utilizing a suitable electro-magnetic field.

Currently, in a process called NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), we only utilize the charges in spatial electron spins due to the application of magnetic fields. The substance to be examined is placed in a high frequency field, and we observe energy absorption effects peculiar to the frequencies typical of a given molecule of matter.

Seiki went one step further and introduced NER (Nuclear Electrical Resonance), which influences both the polar and the axial spin. Polar spin, he claimed, is directly related to the gravitational field.

Describing a rotating electrical AC field superimposed on a DC magnetic field, he claims that an exponential increase of "negative gravitational energies" occurs at a certain resonance frequency. This means that energy from the earth-gravitational field enters the system of the secondary artificial field created by the anti-gravitational motor.

The negative G-energies cause a weakening of the earth-gravitational field, ultimately cancelling it altogether. Further depolarization then causes the vehicle to be repulsed by the larger gravitational body (earth). It seems that the reason Prof. Seiki's NER effects have not been "officially" utilized, is that nuclear electrical resonance can only occur only at extremely high electrical voltage simultaneously with ultra-high AC frequencies.

Below this threshold, the probability of negative-G-energy conditions is extremely small. Above this critical frequency (also called - "Larmor Frequency"), the effect of this type of gravity engine is also dependant upon the electro-magnetic polarization potential of materials used.

Professor Seiki proposes ferromagnetic substances, such as ferrit and ferromagnetic materials such as barium-strontium-titanate. In his design, three spherical condensers are alternately charged and discharged by three magnetic coils. At first glance, the entire idea seems to be just another "perpetuum mobile."

However, the only energy transformed used is that of gravitational energy into mechanical and electrical and vice-versa.

Seiki calculated a power output of 3 * 10^9 KW for an anti-gravity engine, using one ton each of ferrit and barium-strontium-titanate for design. This is more than the total output of a Saturn rocket, but, even so, Seiki's vehicle could carry a payload of about one ton!"

" It has been, however, difficult to convert g strain energy into electric power because it is in a state of negative energy. One is reminded that in Paul A. M. Dirac's Theory of Particles and Anti-Particles, there are four states of entity:

New Magnetic-Electric Device
Can Power Home From Near
Free Energy Source
By Penny Robins
The Cairns Post - Northern Queensland, OZ

(Note - 'Ergon' refers to the local electricity supplier utility which used to be known as the FNQEB Far North Queensland Electricity Board).

Two Cairns inventors yesterday unveiled a world first commercial machine which can power a house from a permanent, clean, green and virtually free energy source.

The machine, developed by Brinsmead mechanical engineer John Christie and Edge Hil electrician Lou Brits, has an international patent pending and is expected to go on the market for $4000-$5000.

Relying on the attraction and repulsion of internal magnets, the Lutec 1000 operates continually on a pulse-like current 24 hours a day - producing 24 kilowatts of power - once it is kickstarted from a battery source.

The device is more than 500 per cent efficient, compared to a car which is less than 40 per cent efficient and loses power through heat and friction.

No powerlines would be needed to distribute energy from the individual power sources.

There is no heat, harmful emissions or airborne matter in the transmission.

If it were not for the magnets, which have a life of 1300 years, and the battery pack, which has a life of about five years, the machine would be in perpetual motion.

A demonstration of the motor from the carpeted study of Mr Christie's Brinsmead home revealed the device in all its glory - bigger than the average cyclone back-up generator but much less noisy.

M Christie and Mr Brits have been tinkering together on the motor in their spare time since they met in a Sheridan St cafe five years ago and began sharing ideas.

One and a half years ago, the design was perfected and the pair lodged a patent with Brisbane patent attorneys Griffith Hack.

Mr Christie said the next step was to develop a small-scale pilot plant in Cairns to begin distributing the motors to the places they were needed most - such as shops and homes in the power-starved Daintree region and the Torres Strait.

He said the price tag for the devices could vary in remote locations depending on government rebates, freight and installation costs.

The beauty of the device was that it was transportable and could be packed in a removalist van along with other earthly possessions when moving house, he said

The only problem the pair now face is in raising $500,000 to start their production plant.

"We're trying to keep it local, and trying to keep it in Australia, but it's hard because, offshore, they are more aggressive in taking up new initiatives," Mr Christie said.

Already, the invention has received interest from the United States, China, Japan and Indonesia.

"But we want to set up here and put the product on the market first, and then we'll take it to the world," he said.

Mr Christie said it had been hard to keep a lid on the invention which had such a huge potential in the quest for clean, green, energy production.

He said he and Mr Brit also feared the worst once they realised the significance of their invention.

"We were afraid the kids would be kidnapped or we'd be shot, I'm not kidding," he said.

"You hear horror stories about people running up against fuel companies, but it's all hogwash - people in the main are desperately looking for technologies that will help our environment."

The pair have begun discussions with Ergon as there is also the opportunity of selling energy back to the grid.

Mr Christie said the average home with a pool needed only 14kW of energy per day - which meant a 10 kW daily excess would be left over during the generation process

Griffith Hack partner Cliff Carew, who was speaking from Brisbane, confirmed the device was genuine and unique.

"An international application has been lodged, they've conducted an international search and haven't come up with anything similar, so it would seem to be a new concept," Mr Carew said.

He said it would be another two and a half years before the patent was recognised in 140 countries around the world - the usual length of time for an international patent to be processed.

Regarding the embedded resume you provided, this seems to describe an accomplished person. This person is, however as prone to error and wishful thinking as are many people.

I do not pretend to have all of the answers but the extensive reading I have done on the subject and the work of people like debunker James Randi have demonstrated to me that the evidence is easy to fake and what there is, is not yet convincing. I wish it were as I'd like nothing better than to meet real live aliens but the evidence is simply not convincing to this objective reviewer. You are entitled to your own opinion but so far as I am concerned this is in the same category as Bigfoot; plausible, possible, but undemonstrated.

Actually, there's more than a few tales of bigfoot type critters being released and taken up again in UFO's. No plausible explanation what UFO critters are doing with bigfoot unless it's part of the zoo collection they've been acquiring and/or stimulus to watch our reactions to.

Clearly mysterious.

More than a few sources insist on the basis of claimed personal knowledge that more than a few of the debunkers are in the government's employ for just that task.

Also, not a few abductees and other solid experts have been ruined, destroyed, framed, maligned etc. wholesale with elaborate methods. And if that didn't slow them down or stop them, they disappeared entirely--sometimes with all traces of their former existence being erased as well.

It has made a difference to me to have a close relative I've known all my life work in such areas. And then to have his narrations confirmed by a diversity of disconnected sources--some personally known to me--has been additionally rather confirming.

However, I'd have to say--"just" my information sorting, assessing etc. experiences in all my years of library work would leave me rather convinced as well. When one sorts massive amounts of information from extreme fringe left wing stuff through to extreme fringe right wing stuff, one learns to note the nuances, variables, criteria regarding a diversity of information in terms of what has more validity compared to what is clearly and remains 100% off the wall.

Perhaps all that experience has contributed to an intuition that SEEMS markedly above average MOST of the time.

Add in a GROWINGLY accurate spiritual sense and I no longer have any choice but to believe that there's a core body of data that is valid, authentic. However, what precisely goes in that core and what remains hoax, disinformation or fantasy--THAT'S A WHOLE 'NOTHER ISSUE.

AND THAT'S ONE REASON I TRY AND STIR UP PEOPLE TO DIALOGUE with about it--even skeptical people. I think the iron sharpening iron sort of analysis from a diversity of perspectives has the best chance to filter the data most effectively.

Anyway--Have a blessed New Year. Thanks for your civil responses.

I honestly believe, Muir Redwoods, that if you read not even that many solid sources--but all of their reports of say a handful, you'd readily see that their experiences, perspective and reasoning as well as reporting accuracy just doesn't have the flavor, nuances, etc. of "mistaken wisful thinking." Mistaken wishful thinking tends to have it's own characteristics. The narratives of these people are more the opposite than in line with such characteristics.

The closest they come to it is TRYING TO EXPLAIN AWAY AND DENY their experiences.
