Or they simply give the inspectors bad information to make them chase their tail. After awhile of that they won't believe anyone and it all becomes meaningless.

I think it'd be fantastic if the inspectors waited about a week, then demanded to speak to Dr. Kazem Jamil once more.
If he had so much as a scratch or bruise, or if he "couldn't be located" raise all manner of hell with the U.N!
