Truth may not matter to the libs but sometimes it still hurts!

We were watching TV tonight to check out the local weather storm warnings, and the ABC news was on.
Everything was Bush's fault, no matter what the subject. Even my husband mentioned it later.
I explained to him why the country refers to them and CNN, CBS, and NBC, as "the liberal news networks."
He said he it sure looked like it! He noticed the bias in about 5 minutes!

" Everything was Bush's fault, no matter what the subject"

Brian Williams and Campbell Brown have been filling in for Brokaw on NBC. Their bias against Bush rivals Jennings and Rather. I don't understand the news philosophy at NBC , which is apparently to drive viewers away.I have no idea what the news philosophy is at ABC and CBS,as I never watch them, for obvious reasons.Occasionally,I could stomach Brokaw . But,tonight,Williams drove me away from NBC for good- everything from the "worst Christmas shopping season in 30 years"( which was Williiam's nightly mantra-his newscasts were like Groundhog Day) to the wild weather-is Bush's fault. Fox is the only channel worth watching-period.

I work with a lady that is rabidly liberal and she constantly remarks that the media is run by the Republicans. She is living in a dream world.

Same thing here my husband had on the local drivel during dinner and it went into whichever one of the former big 3 has Brian Williams. My husband and I were laughing because every story, though they did not come right out and say it, seemed to imply the world around us was crashing down. Only due to the hearless, mean Republicans. Who, ironically, I don't think, have cut a single government program.

The first story had an unemployed single mom who has been out of work for two months and can't find a job though she has filled out numerous applications. They proceeded to show her walking into her pretty nice single family home and surfing the web on her personal computer. I kept thinking what kind of job did she have, that involved filling out an application, that managed to get her a pretty nice lifestyle. If I had to depend on jobs that involved filling out applications, I'd be living at the YWCA, surfing the web at the local library. But, why interject common sense anyway?

I caught something today on FoxNews...it was the tape of ol' empty suit Edwards gladhanding...

He walked up to Mara Liasson, of NPR and Fox, and extended a hand. She was wearing a blue outfit, and holding a boom mike.

She took off the headphones and a BIG smile crossed her lips.

I can read lips, and what she said to Edwards was "I am a great follower of yours"!

Now, let her answer to the question "fair and balanced"....as in "who did YOU vote for?" next time she mouths off against Republicans or Bush!
