No way the Bucs lose to Philly a third time.
My prediction: Bucs 17, Jets 10.
(With 15 coming from the foot of Gramatica and 2 coming from a Bucs safety)
Hey, hey Tampa Bay! Go Bucs!!!
To: Grizzly Bear
Pennington Doesn't get sacked.
Jets 27-TB 9.

Wrong, the NY GIANTS will win this Saturday

How long do you think Bill Parcells lasts before Jerry Jones drives him nuts? I give Parcells one year. Two years, tops, but I doubt he'll last that long.

You just keep holding on to that dream CAUSE THAT'S ALL YOU GOT SUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAA A dream soon to become reality, as long as Rich Who? and Charlie Who? and Jerry Who? can manage to drag the Raiders (ughhh) into the Super Bowl.

"You know, this is important to both Jerry and me," Parcells told ESPN. "We don't want to fail. It has got to work, and I feel good about it. Jerry has invested a lot in the Cowboys, and the thing that drives him more than anything else is his desire to win. That's the biggest common [denominator] we both have."

I tend to think this will work better than most of you are willing to concede.
Both men have something to prove. JJones will listen to Parcells, that is why he hired him.
He realized, unlike most of the executives of today, that you can not go far surrounding yourself with a bunch of yes-men, lackies.
While JJones may be a hillbilly, he is not a totally stupid hillbilly.
He saw the error of his ways and set about correcting them, for this he should be applauded, not derided.

Who in their right mind would coach the Cowboys while Jerry Jones is still around? I think Parcells is smarter than that.
Buy the way... You are all wrong, the Packers are this years Super Bowl Champs!!

I'll just start off with my picks for this weekend. Overall I'm thinking Raiders-Bucs in the superbowl.
1. at
The Colts defense has shown improvement over last year's. But that said, it would have almost been impossible for it not to. Pennington holds a hot hand and the Jets have been playing great at Giants Stadium. The Colts offense is just too lack-luster right now to keep up.
Final: Colts - 17 Jets - 35
2. at
The Packers are undefeated at Lambeau in the playoffs. They have never lost a playoff game there. Even though this season has been one of firsts (Bucs won when it was under 40 degrees at kickoff), it wont be the case here. The Pack continue their home winning ways.
Final: Falcons - 10 Packers - 24
3. at
When Maddox went down earlier this year, many thought his career and the Steeler's season were over. Amazingly they both came back. This will be the most exciting game this weekend. Hienz field will be rocking with Terrible Towels and even though Bettis will have a bad day, Maddox will pull out a last minute victory.
Final: Browns - 14 Steelers - 17
4. at
Convensional wisdom dictates that it is a good idea to favor the home team in the first round of the playoffs. Not on this one. The 49er offense has all the tools to be a scoring machine. But it seems that this season this has not happened. Many of their wins this year were ugly wins and the Giants defense is playing good. With the Giants offense actually scoring points lately, there is a upset in the making here.
Final: Giants - 44 49ers - 20
Enjoy the games this weekend.

LOL, so far NOBODY has even mentioned Tennessee. :)
Surely they have a better shot than those Jets! ROFL. Where's that guy with the Steeler towel? :)
To: panther33
I have found that wildcard weekend usually results in one upset.
Colts-Jets
Two words, Tony Dungy, look for Jets to romp. They are playing well and Herm seems to know which buttons to push.
Colts 17 - Jets 35
Falcons-Packers
I see Favre having to rescue another late game victory. Vick will make it exciting, but will probably donate the game winning turnover.
Falcons 17 - Packers 21
Browns - Steelers
My pick for upset special. Davis will have club sky high and has confidence against Cowher, having never lost to him while a Cowboy.
Browns 28 - Steelers 10
Giants - 49ers
Close second for upset special. Mariucci does not seem to have a good handle on his club. If Giants can get early lead and pressure Garcia, good things can happen. This is a toss up.
Giants 20 - 49ers 21

2002 NFC Playoff Rankings:
1. Philadelphia
2. Tampa Bay
3. Green Bay
4. San Francisco
5. Atlanta
6. NY Giants
Shouldn't the Giants be ranked higher than Atlanta since they have a better record.
To: ovrtaxt
Shhhh, let them keep ignoring and underestimating Brad Johnson...
