Their policy of deterrence is based on the range of their delivery platforms. They've wired up the neighborhood and will blow it if anyone looks at them wrong. That's the Islamic theory of deterrence.

The problem with this stupid policy is that it turns all of Southwest Asia into a file of dominoes. If Pakistan strikes India, India strikes Pakistan; but it has enough left over to strike China, which must know that a Pakistani attack on India will be viewed as a proxy attack. Where will it end?
