You will not hear this Texan saying that. Have you noticed the fed having one little bit of a problem replacing illegals in the nations airports? Didn't think so.

There should be a federal law that a US citizen can sue an employer for a position held by an illegal. The U.S. carpenter's could certainly get back to work instead of being run from one area of the US to the other ahead of the illegal hounds on his heels.

Once you get outside of the largest metro areas, I constantly see grown adults doing min wage type jobs (probably more than one of them), allegedly the jobs 'Americans won't do.' Note that the illegals are being used to drive down the wages of people already not making much money.

Concerning the TSA, I heard that there were 10 times more applicants than positions for the airport screener jobs.

The term I used was Texican which (as I understand it) is someone who lives in Texas but has gone native- they are the ones who go on and on here in FR about how sub min wage landscaping is the driver of the US economy, justifying it by variously declaring than Americans are lazy, overpaid unlike the virtuous and always hardworking illegals.

America is devolving into a multicultural empire (I define an empire as a nation comprised of a variety of different peoples who share nothing but the same government). Our rulers in DC have been ushering this transition along via mass immigration because it meets several of their political and economic goals (supressing wage rates, importing big-government voters, etc).

The group of people who have been most negatively affected by this transformation is the white working class. Wage rates have dropped, hostile populations have overrun working class neighborhoods, schools have become unsafe, etc etc. The white elites, meanwhile, have insulated themselves from this transformation. They live in gated communities and send their kids to expensive private schools.

The worst aspect of this whole thing is that the white working class is completely un-represented in politics. An empire's political system usually devolves into a struggle between various tribal groups for resources. The best organized tribes use the govt to pilfer wealth from other groups and to obtain preferential treatment within the imperial system. White working class people, as individuals, have no more say in the working of this system than urban blacks or immigrant hispanics. Yet, they are forbidden to organize themselves along specifically tribal lines by a masssive taboo. Thus, they are losing out to other, better organized and more militant groups.
