illegals who come in and take these jobs qualify for government benefits that citizens don't qualify for!

Which benefits are you talking about. I don't know of any benefits that aliens qualify for but not citizens.

Technically you are correct, but in application my statement stands up. Here's an example. Someone who comes into the country and has nothing can pretty easily quality for Social Security money and Section 8 housing assistance, and that's just to start. If a citizen applies for said benefits, sure, they can get it just like the immigrant can.

Do you own a car? You do? Is it worth more than $2500? Then you don't quality for assistance, sorry, we can't help you. Do you have a place to live? No address, no check. You have an address? Then you're not destitute, we can't help you. You see the game that is played? Citizens find themselves disadvantaged at every turn, while dirt poor immigrants who have nothing are given benefits we don't get because we usually don't quality. There's a "threshold" of destitution that has been driven through the floor by these immigrant hordes. As long as they have less than the average poor American, they are going to get more handouts than the average poor American.

Sometimes I feel like I'm living in the national equivalent of a pressure cooker, and the "powers that be" amuse themselves by cranking up the heat higher and higher because they are amused by the noises the pot makes as the seams buckle and the welds tear. I wonder if they'll be as amused by the mess made when the whole thing blows up in their faces?
