As I am certain you know, the "average daily attendance" formula has saddled Shelby county with a billion dollars in excess bond debt, the proceeds from which have gone to the Memphis city schools overbuilding (and overspending) that has escaped oversight from Memphis taxpayers.

I live in Memphis (and Shelby county, of course) and am furious about this scam by the school system!

I know all about the for every $4 Shelby Co spends on the school building Memphis gets $3 of them. King Willie will NEVER give up wanting MORE, Prince AC won't be much better.
