Two people suspected of being part of the ricin terror plot were teenage asylum seekers.
The pair lived in the flat where the killer toxin was found in Wood Green, north London
They were housed there by a local council while they waited for their asylum applications to be processed.
They are both aged only 16 or 17 - one was from Algeria and the other from Ethiopia.
A total of seven men in their teens, 20s and 30s continue to be questioned.
The two terror suspects were housed by Islington Council in north London.
A spokesman for the council said: "They were placed in this accommodation by us under our obligation to provide support to destitute asylum seekers as required by existing legislation.
"The people in question are young people over the age of 16 but under 18 and we cannot make any further comment - we will assist police with their inquiries as far as we are able."
Six men, at least some of whom are Algerian, were arrested in the raid on the Wood Green flat and other addresses in north and east London on Sunday.
It was announced today that a seventh man, aged 33, had also been arrested on Tuesday in north London.

Ethiopia is majority Christian (a very ancient indigenous form of Christianity) but it also has a large Muslim population. Presumably what they have in common, in a word, is Islam.

The two terror suspects were housed by Islington Council in north London. In US terms, this means they were in public housing. We all know what joyfull places those are. Expensive too, but it's the taxpayers, not the residents, who pay the expense.

"In US terms, this means they were in public housing. We all know what joyfull places those are. Expensive too, but it's the taxpayers, not the residents, who pay the expense." So, the taxpayers house and generally take care of these people while they go about figuring out how to kill the taxpayers, huh? What's wrong with this picture? (The people have lost control of their government, just like in the USA.)

I went down to Tesco's today to get some things. They have a pretty big display of all the papers available in the UK (well- most of them anyway). This is on the front page of every single one- tabloids, broadsheets the whole shebang. It's a big deal here.

Muslims seeking asylum in the Christian West!
Until the West has successfully "inventoried and cataloged" all our non-citizen Muslims - all immigration or asylum should be denied Muslims..
The outlaws have learned how to use the system against itself.... END the party.. If the "peaceful" Mulims object to this unique treatment - perhaps THEY should rid themselves of their rabid lunatics..
