Greetings AnnaZ, Freepers, et at:
Sorry, with a prior commitment tonight, I can't participate. May I add this story exposing the Reparations for Slavery fraud.
My Congressman, Rep. Danny Davis (D-IL 7th), hosted a All Roads Lead To Reparations Town Hall meeting last summer. It seems more people attended our congressional district Town Hall Meeting than attended the Washington rally in August, but I've digressed.
In my opinion, when you dine at reparations table, the main course features a Lost-Found Nation of Islam loon, overstuffed with rotted, half-baked ideals of wobblies. All served upon a filthy, greasy, mismatched UN table setting.
Listening with an open mind at All Roads Lead To Reparations Town Hall meeting was an exercise in patience. Countless unsubstantiated anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic assertions, without refute; from the keynote speaker, Mr. Silis Muhammed. Muhammeds monologue spewed on and on, he hates America, blah, blah, blah. Only a narrow mind like Matthew Hale's could have really appreciated this sort of prime sewage.
At one point I had enough. Turning to Congressman Davis, I offered to purchase a one-way ticket, anywhere out of the USA for Mr. Muhammed, on the condition he never returns. The Congressman smiled. Other speakers spoke. One about organizing a trip to Washington. A real scary story, a trial lawyer type gave a status report on how he was petitioning the UN to force reparations from the USA. Then we were treated to the rant of a self-proclaimed African Prince.
The Prince, much like Mr. Muhammed, also spewed a garbage scow load of anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, the USA never did anything for him rhetoric, blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile, Mr. Muhammed heads out the door. Now the floor was turned over to the people.
What shocked me the most, in our congressional district, arguably the most liberal in Illinois, I was not the sole conservative voice in the crowd. Listening to people speak, conservative voices were the majority. When it was my turn to speak, exposure to Fair and Balanced news betrayed me.
Questioning why no one with an opposing view on reparations was a guest speaker, brought the town hall to silence. Finally, after a late trimester pregnant pause, Congressman Davis suggested that everyone here already knew the other side of the story. With that, the town hall meeting ends.
Afterward, the self proclaimed Prince was a source of amusement. Seizing upon my favorite line from the Prince: The USA never did anything for him, I cornered with the Prince: I inquire: Hey, my ancestors were also held as slaves during the colonial period. How come this reparations for slavery movement is only about African origin people? The Prince replies youll have to get your own reparations movement. Then I ask: You claimed the USA never did anything for you. Right? The Prince gleefully replies, yes. Would you mind telling me who paid for your education? The young Prince refused to answer my question. Guess I should have bowed before the Prince and addressed him as Sire.
Wow...I will listen for as long as I can...I am also listening to John & Ken play the tapes from David Westerfields polygraph test. Yesterday they played the police interview tapes. Man, was that guy guilty.
I've got to get this time thing down . Looks like 'ya ladies had a really big show tonight . East coast bump .
