'If we are going to have a new kind of woman, we need a new kind of man.' And that's where the glitch is. We don't have that kind of man.

Yes, it would take a "new kind of man" to want to consort with the self-absorbed, male-bashing, airheads with a feminist chip on their shoulders that are the "new kind of women". They made their bed, now they can lie in it.

I absolutely love American women....They just are inappropriate as wives.

You'd rather buy one from Russia?

Modern woman's idea of Mr. Right seems to be unemployed, cocaine addicted, alcoholic, ex-con, married to somebody else, and beats them up.

In the meantime, women settle for "relationships" that invariably mean living with men who may not want to marry them, much less help them conceive children. Instead, women need to insist on a new courtship system "that respects a woman's biological and time clocks," she says.

So, women changed. And, the 'relationship' environment was also changed by - you guessed it - women. But now, they've decided that this environment isn't conducive to finding a more permanent mate. Their solution? Insist that their environment change, again!

One problem with that, sisters. I, as part of that environment, happen to like being single. I like not having a girlfriend, and all the stupid mind games that come with one. I like not being married. I like not being divorced. I like not having child support payments, and alimony payments, and house payments for a house I'm no longer legally allowed to live in.

And I'm not changing to suit you.

"You better take what you can get,"

Men do that now, and what they can get is all the perks of marriage without all the bothersome responsibilities of commitment-milk, cow, etc..

LOL! Nothing wrong with going out and having a good time with women.... just don't get suckered into marriage until you know the gal has solid morals (to go with her big hooters).

Nah, the Russkie would probably have TB, Hep C, or AIDS for all I know. I just don't want a wife. Girlfriend yes, wife, never.

And there are a lot of men who who rather rock a sweet baby to sleep(wink, wink) than get shackled to a shriveled-up old power-lunching feminist.

Seriously, there are a bunch of us who would rather rock a sweet baby to sleep than attend a power lunch.

Mega-dittos!

I have a baby every couple of years, just so I always have one to rock! (Unless their Dad beats me to it!)

If I knew how, I'd show you a picture of my darling Bubba, 13 months and expecting a brother or sister to be announced Any Time Now! :-)

I have a feeling all this insisting is a big part of the problem.

A perceptive remark, that...

You have a baby every couple of years unless their Dad beats you to it?! That is a new kind of man.

Can I introduce you to a cousin of mine in her 20's? She's not conservative, but she could adapt!

If she's intelligent, swinging her to the right should be relatively easy. :).

My ex-wife and I got married at 21, in 1979, and had 2 wonderful boys to show for it. But for some unknown reason, wifey started the new millenum with a new job, and before 6 months had passed, she had a new boyfriend as well. I still can't understand what would make a 43 year old woman that was married for 22 years suddenly decide to leave her family and set up "house" with in another town. Anyway, last year I met another wonderful woman, with 3 boys, married her the first of this year, and am enjoying life by providing for "our" 5 kids! So now I'm with wife 2.0, a newly wed at 44. And I could'nt be happier!!!!

OOOH! I'm so tired I'm leaving dangling participles! My wonderful husband rocks the babies to sleep, while I'm busy doing the dishes and laundry ...

I have a lovely friend in her 70's who thinks Jeff Chandler was the most gorgeous man every born ... :-)
