Detectives are often worried about giving drug dealers time to flush drugs down toilets Any amount of drugs that can be flushed down a toilet isn't worth a raid.

Any amount of drugs that can be flushed down a toilet isn't worth a raid. You got that right. Definitely not worth anyone's life, either.

Out here, a few years back we had a rash of dopers who were kicking in doors home invasion style robbing folks for drug money and in a few cases raped and killed. For a few very tense days in San Diego we had a crew who were dressing up as SWAT guys and even yelling POLICE before kicking in the door.
I made up my mind then and there that if someone, anyone kicked in my door shots were being thrown and somebody was gonna die.
I have nothing in my home illegal; I dont engage in any illegal activity therefore no cop should be knocking on my door with a battering ram.
These dynamic raids and the whole war on drugs have gone beyond anything most sane people would stand for.
I wonder what our founding fathers would say about them?
