Before you can even start evaluating issues of guilt and innocence you have to be able to tell the innocent from the guilty. With Islam especially, that's a problem, in my opinion. 
Somehow, we can be sure there were "innocent" and compassionate Nazis amongst its millions of members during the 1930s and 1940s.
It is impossible to play Kumbaya with Islam anywhere on Earth for any length of time.
Only a delusional idealist denies the reality of both the past and present -- sad but true, history has already indicted Islam as completely incompatible with any culture but it's own. And even that is questionable...
For this they are denounced by their fellow Muslims who, if THEY were as sincerely PEACEFUL as they claim, would welcome this group with open arms...
Sadder still they are denounced by their fellow Americans simply because they ARE Muslim...rather than applauded and encouraged, their faces and their plastered all over the media.
What we need is to end terrorism. Terrorism in the name of religion, terrorism in the name of whatever street gang or other organized crime ring the terrorist belongs to - and Muslim terrorist groups ARE organized crime rings - terrorism in ANY form needs to be stopped.
Luis had it right: our enemies are Muslim, but not all Muslims are our enemy. The Muslims speaking out against Muslim terrorists and getting SLAMMED on all sides for it certainly are not our enemies.

Sad, but highly likely. I ask the skeptics how many DEVOUT non-African-American male Muslims they've spent more than, say 30 hours with.
