Bodansky details that.I got "The High Cost of Peace" for Christmas. I've read some of it. It's a great book. I also have his "Target the West." I hear that his book on Bin Ladin is phenomenal. Which book have you read?
Dr. Laurie Mylroie's book "A Study of Revenge" provides the link impeccibly. Her research is faultless. I highly recommend this book.
