Glad to see you are on FR right now! Here is a link to the Oregonian web site
Click Here. Let me know whether you agree that this is the 'worst web site money can buy?,' or if it is not all that bad for a newpaper, whether it rates pretty high on the 'money thrown down a rat-hole' scale?
Just my personal opinion folks .... flame away if you so desire.

Ok - you win.....LOL.......12 articles and even those weren't about Oregon.....lol
I agree, that site is bad........

The thing that really torks me off is there is no way to perform a article headline search .... No way at all. The site eliminated their search input link last year.
Compare any other news site. Oregonian looses hands down.

What do you think the odds are of this Deputy Sheriff being prosecuted for not having his firearms properly secured in a house with children?
To: Vinnie_Vidi_Vici
That is a pretty good guess. If, on the other hand, it was locked up and the kid took the key .... I just do not know. Seems to be a major delemma for law enforcement. The 13 year old was obviously on the road to delinquency before this shoot incident.
I have other feelings about what may have been going on in he house but they are not worth posting.

I don't think that's illegal(yet) in Oregon. I'm gonna really be pissed if it comes to pass as a result of this cop's negligence. His kid is a felon at 12? Sheesh. All the cops' kids I've ever met were dopers, but dad (or mom) usually swept any real trouble under the rug for them.
