'Heterosexism' Under Attack in Canada

A public school board in Ontario, Canada, has drafted a policy proposal which bans the belief that male-female sexual relations are superior to homosexuality.
The policy developed by the Bluewater District School Board would ban so-called "heterosexism," which the board defines as "the assumption that everyone is heterosexual." Among other things, the policy would forbid a school from insisting that prom dates are heterosexual.
Brian Rushfeldt is executive director of the Canada Family Action Coalition. He says there is currently a strong push by homosexual activists in Canada, and the momentum is absolutely phenomenal.
"They now have most of the governments agreeing with them," Rushfeldt says. "In fact, we just [had] a couple of recent rulings from our Supreme Court that have been very anti-religious, pro-homosexual. So I'm not surprised to see the homosexual community starting to try and push their way into the school districts like that with those kinds of policies."
The controversial policy is being reviewed by school-parent councils before final approval in March. Rushfeldt has some advice for moms and dads involved in that review process.
"I think parents have to start considering the very significant aspect of the sexual behavior that is involved with homosexuality -- that it's not just a lifestyle," he says. "They need to start looking at the facts that don't want to be talked about that are associated with sodomy -- health facts, health risks, the psychological harm that it often will cause human beings."
Rushfeldt says every parent needs to make some serious inquiries and a serious decision about whether they want their children in a secular school system.

would ban so-called "heterosexism," which the board defines as "the assumption that everyone is heterosexual."EVERYONE is heterosexual, perversion is a choice of behavior that you do, not a state of being.

Sex is what a heterosexual does
sex is what a homosexual is
Their entire life focuses on their chosen sexual perversion.
Everyone is naturally heterosexual (look at the physiology). Only the mentally damaged practice perversion.

The left is winning a lot of victories in Canada. :(
Free Dominion is all alone up there, and I hope people are able to homeschool their kids or find a traditional conservative religious school!

Yeah, they're right. Male desire for a woman is completely perverted. Let's raise our kids to glorify homosexuality instead - along with anal intercourse, homosexual bathhouses, shortened lifespans, promiscuity with any number of anonymous partners. Well, there goes the human race. Glad I had my kids before I realized how sick I was.

What in God's name are my ancestors doing up there? This sounds insane.

"Hell has frozen over. It is now called Canada." I nominate this for QUOTE OF THE DAY.
In addition, maybe this means all those of this perversion will head North?

I live in Ontario, and thankfully there is the Catholic School system. They do get some funding from government, and because of that they must allow non-Catholic students in without charging them extra, as long as there is room for them after all the Catholic students are in. All students must take the same religion course but I have no problem with my kids learning about what Catholics belive, it has resulted in some very good family discussions about our own faith.
A lot of non-Catholic parents are moving their kids into the Catholic Schools. They are better run, and stand for traditional morals without fear.

'Heterosexism' Under Attack in Canada"
And it's been under attack here in America as well. The mission "to eliminate heterosexism" actually begins in the public schools - courtesy of the "Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network's" ( GLSEN )propaganda machine. See:

Among other things, the policy would forbid a school from insisting that prom dates are heterosexual.Yeah, with the population still at the least 97% desiring old-fashioned normal sexual attraction and intercourse, that's an intelligent, academic way to do business. That's as stupid as saying that people who feed, shelter, and put leashes on their pets aren't "pet owners," but their "guardians."
Oops, that's already been done in my hometown.
Since I first came on to FR in 1998, I've told thousands of Freepers that this day is coming when this garbage spreads to America. It hasn't happened yet, but you can bet that the Gay-stapo is hard at work trying to find ways to introduce this into our public schools.

I guess I'm a heterosexist. So there!!! NOW HEAR THIS:
Do yourself and the rest of us a favor: Reject their labels on you! Don't let yourself be called a "heterosexist," and don't call yourself one! You are playing into their hands when you do!
