What do you think we would do if al Qaeda did light off a nuke? We can't exactly pin the blame on any one city or country and I doubt seriously if nuking Mecca is an option, even if it did make sense. GWB wouldn't stand for doing nothing, and yet we couldn't just lash out at the innocent. I'm sure that great minds are thinking about this very question right now.
