Wind chill of 15 °, eh? I knew there was a reason I missed Philly...down to 4 degrees here now. I'm soon for the nice, warm water bed. Watching the clock, LOL

What would you do Without Free Republic?

"What would you do Without FR?????

How would You Feel without FR??? Suppose one day you tried to log on and Free Republic wasn’t there?
Where would you get your up to the minute news? How about the live threads as things are happening?
How would you know about the latest Demorat scams, anti-second amendment schemes and all the other liberal, anti-American ploys that are tried every single day?
Insight into world affairs, brilliant wit, sharp retorts, instant information gratification are a few of the things that make FR so vital.

How would you keep on top of things without FR?
How would you know who to contact to complain about the lying politicians, Media Bias, Hollyweirds latest mouth off, sponsors of these idiots, company policies that are unfair and all the other things we need to know to counteract the liberal mindset and the evil plans of liberals?
How would you be part of a Freep?

What would you do without FR????

Freedom isn’t free.

If you enjoy the site and find it a place of like minded Americans to sound off, to get together, to fight back, to have your voice heard and make a difference, PLEASE CONTRIBUTE NOW! Jim can’t do this alone.

The liberals are sure we won’t be able to keep FR up & running. Prove them wrong. Show them we are indeed united Freepers.
Whether it is $5.00, $50.00 or more, it all adds up. Please send a donation now to Free Republic."

I agree with you. Snow is great if one is watching it from a warm indoors. At least there is some relief with air conditioning during the day in Pamama. The nights cool down very nicely since we are surrounded by the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. The Pacific is quite cold this time of year, so the breeze (trade winds) bring some nice relief in the evenings. The problem during the day is that there is very little cloud covering. Clouds make a huge difference even in 90-degree weather. Right now we are in dry season (Jan-Mar). Once rainy season begins, we'll have the cloud covering which I love.

Could you tell me how to change my monthly amount? I looked on the donation page but didn't see an option for that.

Thank you!

Considering the amount of time some of us spend here, not to mention the entertainment, others might want to consider just signing up for the monthly contribution. It sure would cut down on the length of these infernal Freepathons…

Just wrote Free Republic LLC a check for 10.00 for this quarter.

If you see any Compaq salesmen in Shanghai they owe me.
