Strange that you would put it that way. What he's really become is a Saddam tool. If Ritter's sexual proclivities were discovered and leveraged through blackmail and/or pandering to turn his position on Iraq, then that wasn't the work of Bill Clinton. It was the work of Saddam Hussein.

His carrots include the traditional: money and sex. His sticks: WMD, terrorism, daily beatings, acid baths, bullets in the head. Between carrot and stick, there's almost nothing he can't get away, almost nobody who can't be bought off, blackmailed or intimidated. Why do you think he's still there?
