I just heard the same thing... mistaken identity. I'm confused.....!

The Brit Hume report was out of date on this fact. He was referring to the response el-Ritar gave a few days ago "you must have the wrong guy." His attorney has since acknowledged the arrest and now the TV station says they have video showing el-Ritar's bust.
