January 22, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - President Bush yesterday said Saddam Hussein's latest games with weapons inspectors are "a rerun of a bad movie" - and he has no desire to watch it or wait around while others do.
"How much time do we need to see clearly that he's not disarming? As I said, this looks like a rerun of a bad movie - and I'm not interested in watching it," a fed-up Bush told reporters at the White House.

"...the president is ready to lead "a coalition of the willing" to disarm Saddam even if the U.N. Security Council doesn't endorse war - just as the United States and many allies acted in Kosovo without U.N. support." Did Daschle/Kennedy, et al approve of moving in Kosovo without the UN's blessing?

The triple constraints of project management: time, resources, and scope.
Instead of giving the inspectors more "time", we just allocate more resources. Say, about another 100,000 inpectors.
