I have found http://www.google.com/unclesam to be of great use - it searches all the government websites/docs for key words. You can find some cool things that way (like this article I posted The sociology and psychology of terrorism: Who becomes a terrorist and why? (A must read) and see post #6 for a great excerpt from it)
