Let's see, get down on all fours, take a big shot of AIDS in your seat, then stay down on your knees and beg the government for more money for AIDS treatment. What's wrong with this picture?

Actually, there is increasing evidence that they don't always even have sex. Some of them also like to do blood exchange.

Don't think that they are just practicing this with each other. Their message boards and writings are filled with references to giving AIDS to the unsuspecting and unwilling.

Some of them, not all, will "convert" you againt your will or knowledge.

So, does being sicker actually turn these people on more? Do they get extra points for exchanging different strains of the AIDS virus? Do they collect multiple strains deliberately (thereby opening themselves up to all the AIDS-related diseases instead of just a few)?

This really is difficult for any sane person to grasp.

She's lying. No sodomite is surprised by this. Not if they know very many other sodomites.

But would he try to talk a bug chaser out of trying to get HIV? "If someone comes to me and says he wants to get HIV, I might work with him around why he wants to do it," he says. "But if in the end that's a decision he wants to make, there's a point where we have to respect people's decisions."

These are your tax dollars at work, trying to prevent AIDS. Unless someone really wants to get it or spread it. Then it's just another personal choice.

Cabaj, the San Francisco psychiatrist, says those arguments sound familiar. Then, without being asked, he adds, "But I don't know if it's an active cover-up." He pauses for a moment, then continues, "Yeah, it's an active cover-up, because they know about it. They're in denial of this issue. This is a difficult issue that dredges up some images about gay men that they don't want to have to deal with. They don't want to shine a light on this topic because they don't want people to even know that this behavior exists."

Yep. Some actual truth here.

Isn't there some sort of health law preventing this kind of destructive behavior? How about suing them into oblivion like we do the tobacco companies?

These unbelievably perverted people are purposely spreading a known, deadly disease among the population. We all get not only increased risk but hugely ballooned health and insurance costs - not to mention an endlessly funded Federal AIDS program sucking up billions. We are all paying dearly for their selfish and suicidal behavior.

These people need to be identified and sent to their very own little remote island somewhere in the Pacific where they can kill each other to their hearts content.

If you are paying for your own health insurance as business owners such as me then you know how I feel since my rates went up 20% because of these pukes.

John Wayne Gacy: 33 Murders...[a] professed homosexual ...who killed 33 young men and boys and buried them in his basement. The New York Times, February 22, 1980.

Patrick Wayne Kearney: 32 Murders...The New York Times described him as "an acknowledged homosexual" and "...perpetrator of the ‘homosexual trash bag murders.’" The New York Times, July 27, 1977.

Bruce Davis: 28 murders...killed 28 young men and boys after having sex with them. The New York Times, January 21, 1984.

Corll, Henry and Owen: 32 Murders. Dean Corll, Elmer Wayne Henley, and David Owen Brooks were the members of a Texas homosexual torture/murder ring that captured and mutilated 27 young men. The New York Times, July 27, 1974.

Juan Corona: 25 Murders...an admitted homosexual, killed 25 male migrant workers. The New York Times, October 4, 1972.

Jeffrey Dahmer: 17 Murders...a convicted child molester and practicing and admitted homosexual, lured 17 young men and boys to his apartment, had sex with them, then killed them and dismembered them. William Bonin was executed by lethal injection at California's San Quentin prison on February 23, 1996. As reported in the Orange County Register, February 22, 1996, Bonin, the so-called "Freeway Killer," killed at least 21 boys and young men and dumped their bodies along California freeways (our original source mentioned only 14). After having been jailed in the early 1970s for raping boys, Bonin had vowed that in the future "there will be no witnesses."

Although various stories reported that Bonin had raped men at gunpoint in the army and had been engaged in sex with a man at the time of his final arrest, the media failed to identify Bonin as "gay." Standard "gay" rhetoric denies that male on male child molestation qualifies as homosexual conduct. Here, the perpetrator clearly was homosexual in his adult sexual relations as well, but the "gay" label was scrupulously avoided.

As the Court notes, ante at 192 , the proscriptions against sodomy have very "ancient roots." Decisions of individuals relating to homosexual conduct have been subject to state intervention throughout the history of Western civilization. Condemnation of those practices is firmly rooted in Judeo-Christian moral and ethical standards. Homosexual sodomy was a capital crime under Roman law. See Code Theod. 9.7.6; Code Just. 9.9.31. See also D. Bailey, Homosexuality [p*197] and the Western Christian Tradition 70-81 (1975). During the English Reformation, when powers of the ecclesiastical courts were transferred to the King's Courts, the first English statute criminalizing sodomy was passed. 25 Hen. VIII, ch. 6. Blackstone described "the infamous crime against nature" as an offense of "deeper malignity" than rape, a heinous act "the very mention of which is a disgrace to human nature," and "a crime not fit to be named." 4 W. Blackstone, Commentaries *215. The common law of England, including its prohibition of sodomy, became the received law of Georgia and the other Colonies. In 1816, the Georgia Legislature passed the statute at issue here, and that statute has been continuously in force in one form or another since that time. To hold that the act of homosexual sodomy is somehow protected as a fundamental right would be to cast aside millennia of moral teaching.

This is essentially not a question of personal "preferences," but rather of the legislative authority of the State. I find nothing in the Constitution depriving a State of the power to enact the statute challenged here.
