"This is an outrageous infringement on our First Amendment rights, in the center of our democracy, Washington, D.C.," Moore said. You need to read that Constitution, buddy. Comcast isn't required by law to provide you with any forum at any price.

You need to read that Constitution, buddy. Comcast isn't required by law to provide you with any forum at any price. Maybe they should have offered $10K if Comcast were to air it when the anti-war group wanted it. Keep raising the price, I bet that there is a price that Comcast would agree to air it at. If not them, their competition.

No, it's in the Constitution that liberal anti-war ads must be carried by the media -- it's right between the penumbras and the eminations.
You're a strict constructionist, aren't you?
All of us conservatives need to learn that the Constitution is like Prego spaghetti sauce -- whatever you ask about -- "It's in there!"
