Boy this War on Drugs is really doing a bang up job on our rights.

Here just some of our rights being abused in this mock trial:

• The sixth (speedy trial, witnesses and accusations)
• The seventh (right for a jury trial)
• The tenth (the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people)
