We live in the Dallas area and we went outside to watch the shuttle, saw bright lights, etc but didn't realize what we were watching. Went back in to watch the NASA station on TV. It took a few minutes to realize what they were talking about...well now we know. How sad.

We moved to Florida last year from North Texas, north of Dallas. When the space shuttle takes off, it flies directly over house. This is very sad. My hands are shaking and I can't type very well.

Interstingly enough NONE of the D-FW wevbcans I check are online at the momment! Curious ...could just be server overload, BUT then again...?
