I understand that region of Texas is less densely populated than, say, the Dalworthington metroplex.

Cynic that I am, it would also appear there is LESS population that would consider 'faking' an injury in order to sue for damages etc. I have sort of been waiting for someone to attempt this. Good news as each day goes by and no one comes forward in a neck brace or on crutches with their attorney in tow.
