Good reason to unplug the TV.
MotherOfLiberty and I unplugged ours 8 years ago (except to watch an occasional video or sporting event) and haven't regretted it once. When our children visit their friends, they don't even WANT to watch TV - they get bored. They'd rather do other activities.

Don't have to conduct a study to find out that TV is over-sexed, even commercials are pathetically laden with that virus. The core of movies, TV, singers - all types of entertainment is sex. Seems like many a father and mother have not been parenting in the last years; they have been busy making money.
