While we're at it, let's make sure there's a US flag stuck somewhere on Mars.

RE: Blackhawk Crash -- people die in the military every day. Policemen die every day. Firefighters die every day. Brave people die every second. I've always found this sort of hand-wringing over "tragedies" overdone. We have the vigils for Columbine; nobody bothers to report that the schools are the safest they've been in years. Lather, rinse, repeat, get ready for your next candlelight vigil.

A weird sight this past week.....

2 State Trooper cars, lights flashing, parked on the shoulder of the road with yellow police tape surrounding a dinner plate-size piece of the Columbia in the middle of the rural pavement....with a half dozen people bent over it...within inches of it...but not touching it.

Jesus, why can't they kick the damned thing off the road or put it in a platic bag? "Heavens no! We must wait for NASA to pick it up". LOL!

God Bless George Bush. God Bless America. (If there is a God, that is)
